It was now Monday. The group was at lunch, Philly was looking at Zen with an attitude.
"You got sum you wanna say?" Zen asked with an attitude.
"My mama said she had a great time with your dad on Saturday." Philly said.
"That's good. I knew she would." Zen said with a smile being petty.
Louis could sense the tension between the two of them. Janel, James, and Rebecca could too.
"Ight, what's up? Why y'all acting like this?" Janel asked.
"Really. I thought we just got over being mad at each other." James said.
"I don't know. Philly's acting like a little bitch."
"Louis, get yo girl, man." Philly warned.
"Or what? You mad because your mom had fun with my dad? For what?" Zen said getting loud.
"Aww. Santana and Stephanie went on a date? That's so cute." Janel cooed.
"No, they didn't go onna date. They hung with my mama friends." Philly corrected Janel.
"I still that's cute. Stephanie and I have talked a lot about her love life. I think it's great that she's giving Santana a try." Janel smiled at Philly.
"Yeah well my mama don't need her dad." Philly said.
"Why you saying it like that?" Zen asked.
"Because we had a conversation about my dad. Then when I asked you to make it stop, you let it happen!" Philly yelled.
"Guys, come on. Calm down." James said.
"Louis, tell your girlfriend she in the wrong." Philly to Louis.
"And tell your friend he's overreacting, Louis." Zen said.
The group looked at Louis to see who's side he was gonna take. Louis hated seeing his girlfriend and best friend arguing. He most definitely hated the fact that him and Zen have only dating for 72 hours and already have to pick sides. So he said what he thinking.
"I think you're both overreacting." Louis said shrugging his shoulders.
"Oh wow. He has chosen no ones sides." Janel said instigating and laughing.
"This not gonna end good." James laughed with her.
"Shut up." Louis said to them. "I don't want to pick sides." Louis said honestly.
"Okay. I respect that. But if you did want to pick sides, who's would you pick?" Philly asked.
"Philly! Really?" Louis asked.
"Bruh. We used to take bathes together, nigga. You telling me you wouldn't choose me?" Philly asked a little hurt.
"Can you please not say that out loud?" Louis asked in embarrassment.
The bell rung letting the kids know that lunch was over. Zen rushed away from the group. Louis didn't understand why she was so upset about the situation. Philly was a little upset him about Louis not taking his side. Louis didn't even care that they were mad at him.
Louis got up and went to Mr. Adams. Louis always went to Mr. Adams, his favorite teacher, for the best advice. Mr. Adams had a free a class, so he went to him before class.
"Hey Mr. Adams. Can I have some advice?" Louis asked walking into his classroom.
"Wassup Louis. Go ahead. What can I help you with?" Mr. Adams asked looking up from his laptop with a smile. Louis pulled a seat in front of his desk.
