Chapter 3 : Is this the end ?

Josh's temper and problems are worsening. It's been months and no one still has no idea why he is acting this way. His behavior really took a toll on his and Matt's relationship,   so much so that Matt gave Josh an ultimatum, he tells him what's going on or it's over. Since Josh wanted to avoid putting him or his parents in danger he chose it's better that they break up. So for the second time in less than a year, Josh moved back with his parents which also noticed his behavior and decided to take him to a therapist to which he also didn't confess the real reason behind his behavior and said it was just because of the breakup he went through but the therapist felt it was more than that . In the end, the doctor determined he was suffering from mild depression and aggressive anxiety. His parents convinced Josh to go back to a normal school and one day while he was at school and his mom was cleaning his room and she found his phone opened to contacts and saw the Unknown number that. called her son and she decided to call back. She went with her first instinct. She did in fact call the number in her son' s phone and she heard the same bone-chilling her son heard a few weeks before and now it all made sense. A few hours later Josh came home from school and his parents waiting for him. He walked in and was preparing to go into his room but the door was locked and so he went and asked his parents what was wrong with his door but before he could even say anything he that his mom had his phone in her and he started crying and told his parents. His dad said he will try to figure out the area from which the call was made. But the next day before his dad could handle it they were watching the news and they announced a teenager escaped from a Juvenile Detention Center. They had even shown a picture of the " escape artist". The second the picture appeared Josh started crying and his parents got off the couch and went to the police station. When they got there they saw Blake's parents. Josh's dad went up to his dad and was ready to beat him replant before he could do anything he saw  Blake's mom crying in desperation. Josh's mom asked her what happened. Turns out that right after Blake escaped the Center that he was in he got ran over by a car. Right after he heard this, Josh remembered leaving his phone in Matt's room and when he came back he saw that his phone was opened to contacts. He excused himself out of the building and ran to his dad's car and drove to Matt's house. After getting 2 speeding tickets and having to avoid 5 car crashes he finally got to Matt's house. He knocked on the door and he was expecting that Matt was going to answer the door, but he was extremely surprised when his EX ( Josh's) answered the door with a towel around his waist and breathing heavily. After a good 2 minutes of staring at each other, Matt showed up at the doorstep, when he saw Josh he immediately blushed and tried explaining to Josh what was going on but before he could say anything, Josh started beating Nick was the guy Month was with. After beating him up almost-to death he ran away leaving him in a puddle of blood. He cleaned himself of blood into the lake nearby and went home. His parents did not suspect anything until the cops came and picked their son . Will he take the blame for Nick's injuries and for the fact that he put him in a coma or will he deny it all?
