All Jay saw was the dissatisfied look on Erins face, no matter how much he smiled she just kept her arms folded and continued to disapprove.

"Really Jay a motorbike?" Erin stood there still arms crossed.

"Erin come on, there's nothing wrong with motorbikes!" Jay said trying to ease the tension.

Jay had spoken about buying a motorbike for the last couple months and Erin didn't want him too. She had saw and heard of way to many accidents that involve motorbikes and she didn't want him to end up being one.

"Nothing wrong! Jay seriously I didn't actually think you would go out and buy a motorbike!"

"Well it's not like I have to listen to you, I mean at the end of the day it was my decision." Jay said shrugging his shoulders, but he knew he had said too much.

"Okay fine, you do whatever you want Halstead. Next time you want my opinion on something just don't bother because you won't listen anyway." Erin turned around and stormed off.

Jay ran after her, "Okay I'm sorry, I shouldn't have said that. Your opinion means a lot to me, look I promise I will be careful. I have rode them my whole life so trust me I know what I'm doing."

"Just don't die on my Halstead, I have finally gotten use to having you around." Erin said forcing a smile.

"So does that mean you want to come for a ride?" He said raising an eyebrow.

"I don't know." She shrugged.

"I promise it will be fun" he said passing her a helmet.

"Fine, but this isn't going to be a regular thing." Erin shook her head as Jay passed her the helmet and helped her strap it on.

Jay then put his helmet on and then hoped on, he waited for Erin to carefully get on being a little hesitant. He felt her body relax when she tightly wrapped her arms around his waist.

"Hold on." Jay said starting the engine and taking off.

........................

After an hour of driving around Jay stopped at a lookout that looked over Chicago, he parked the bike and him and Erin got off.

Once Erin took her helmet off he noticed a grin on her face "So?" Jay said waiting for her response.

"Okay that was pretty fun." She shrugged and he pulled her into his side as they looked out.

"Erin."

"Jay."

"I love you."

"I love you too."

Jay pulled her in and kissed her, wrapping his hands around her waist, he finally got the girl of his dreams and she finally got the man that every girl dreamt of.

...............................

The next day Erin got up super early, she wanted to do things done around the house before she had to go to work. The place was a mess, between her staying at Jays and him staying here they were both all over the place.

It was 5am but she decided to ring him.

"Hello." Jay answered, she could tel she had woken him up.

"Hi Jay it's me."

"Yes Erin I know I do have caller ID" she could hear him yawning "Babe it's 5 in the morning why are you ringing me this early when we got a sleep in handed to us?"

"What are we doing?"

"Huh?" Jay was confused "I'm trying to stay awake and your waking me up?"

"Don't be a smartass please Jay not now."

"Okay, Erin what's wrong?"

"I'm just going to come over? Is that okay?" She said with a stressed voice.

"Yeah okay, I will see you soon."

"Okay bye." She hung up, quickly grabbed her things and walked out quickly making her way to Jays apartment.

Once she arrived she knocked on his door and he opened it, standing there in nothing but a pair of boxers. She stares him up and down, pretty much drooling over him but this wasn't the time for that. She wanted to talk serious business.

"Erin are you going to come in or continue to stare? I mean if that's all you wanted to come over for then let's just get straight to business?" Jay said smiling.

She rolled her eyes, resting her hand on his chest slowly pushing him inside.

They both walked to Jays lounge and sat, Erin crosses her legs and look at Jay, into his beautiful green eyes.

"Jay I'm completely in love with you, we spend nearly every single night together and I don't know about you but when we don't spend the night together all I want to do is come and be with you. You are the first guy I have ever felt like this with, I don't know what it is but everyday you do something that just makes me love you more. You know me, this isn't me. I'm not a lovey dovey person, but you are my weakness," she took a breath "Anyway, what I'm trying to say is I don't want to spend another night without you so how would you feel about getting a place together?"

Jay smiled "Erin, I wouldn't love anything more."

"Really?" She seemed a little surprised.

Jay got up and walked over to the kitchen bench, bringing over a pile of realestate brochures and passing them to her.

"My lease is nearly up on this apartment and I have been looking, I wanted to ask you but I guess I was just afraid that you'd turn me down and I guess I wasn't ready for that."

"Huh, well then I guess it's settled."

"I guess it is, let the house hunting begin." Jay said kissing her forehead.
