Benjamin: It's a beautiful state, Brandon!
Brandon: Naw, stay here in Connecticut! It's your home!
Benjamin: North Carolina will soon be my home!
Ken: Not happening, Benjamin! You don't even have enough money to buy a house!
Benjamin: I'll rent an apartment down there! I'm gonna move to Durham!
Margaret: Durham is a high crime city! Lot of gangs!
Benjamin: I'll move to Greensboro!
Emma: What's wrong with living in Connecticut, Benjamin?
Benjamin: Too much snow in the winter! I want to live in North Carolina, where it's mild, all year round!
Ken: Not happening! If you want, you can find an apartment somewhere here in Middletown! Try the Westlake area!
Benjamin: I want to move to North Carolina!
Ken: No! Stay here in Connecticut!
Benjamin: *grunts*
