Alexa meets New York- GMW

Alexa meets the library

"Mom, you don't have to worry about dinner. I'm going out tonight."

Alexa had never once gotten the chance to tell her mom she was going somewhere, in fact, she never really had never gone out before with anyone other than Taylor and Kate.

Opal looked shocked, like she had just received the craziest piece of news in the world.

"Honey!" she exclaimed, shocked and excited at the same time "Where is it you are going? And where? I need to know everything!"

"Mom! Calm down!" Alexa yelled. Alexa had never seen her mom like this. She really seemed excited for her, and it wasn't a lie this time.

"Maya and Farkle, my partners for a project. And Lucas and Riley are coming too, but that is just because they are Mayas' friends. I'll be back soon."

"Alright hon. Don't be out too late. Love you pumpkin."

This would normally be the part where Alexa would text Farkle, making sure she was going to the right apartment and that he was still planning on coming. But, being that Mr. Matthews had the phones until further notice, she would just have to pray to the gods of the universe that the plans hadn't changed on her.

Alexa walked into the building and right to where Riley had told Alexa she lived. She was just in time because she saw Farkle at the door. And Lucas was right behind her. Farkle pushed the button right outside the door to talk to Riley.

"It's Farkle!"

"Give me just a minute." Riley said

"Alexa too."

"I'm walking out the door."

"It's Lucas."

"I'm already there."

Riley frantically pushed open the door. Maya and her were standing there.

"Alright. Let's go." said Alexa.

Walking into the library, let's just say, this quintet was not satisfied.

"What is this place?!" Riley said, with disgust.

"This is where the ancients stored their wisdom." said Farkle, excited.

Alexa and the group turned their attention over to the books, with confusion.

"Books" said Riley and Maya, in awe.

"Yeah. They are these ancient phones where the only game you can play is learn." said Alexa sarcastically.

"Odd." said Lucas, picking up one of the books.

While Maya was forcing Farkle to do all of our groups work, they suddenly heard a "SHHH!"The group turned around to see an old women, staring directly at them.

"That's one of those ancients now!" exclaimed Farkle and soon enough, the group had all stood up and began to approach the women, surrounding her.

Farkle began "Oh, wonders gatekeeper of the knowledge! We are travelers from another time and place!"

"Seventh grade middle school." said Riley, sarcastically.

"We wish to partake of this information from your great hall of wisdom!" Farkle continued.

The women shhh at Riley, startling Alexa so much that she fell down. Lucas walked over to her while Farkle, Maya, and Riley continued their very awkward conversation with this women.
