(BTW: In this story, some of the characters from different schools actually go to Fukurodani instead. Also, the italics are what they are thinking. This chapter will also contain curse words, if you don't like it, don't read it.)
Akaashi's P.O.V.
Beep. Beep. Beep. The sound of the alarm clock wakes me up from my sleep. I keep my eyes closed and reach to turn my alarm clock off.
It says 6:00 a.m. on the clock...
I hate Mondays. Nothing good comes of them. Today is one of the worst kinds of Mondays... My first day of high school.
"Ugh!"
After laying on my bed for a few minutes I sit up.
I guess it wouldn't do any good to just sit around all morning either...
I reluctantly get off the bed and make my way to the bathroom. Turning the shower knob to warm/cold. I take off my clothes and step inside, then I start washing and scrubbing my hair.
From today on is going to be twice the struggle it was before, I have to deal with school, walking to school and back with Bokuto every day... Sometimes I wish I could just be left alone. Just me and my thoughts. Maybe that's why I like taking showers because no one will bother me-
I hear a knock on my bathroom door.
"Hey Keiji, hurry up so you can come down and eat breakfast. You don't want to leave Bokuto waiting now do you?" I could hear my mother's voice from the other side of the door, nagging me to hurry up.
Scratch that... I never have time for myself...
Finishing soon after my mom came to nag me, I reach to turn off the shower, then grab the towel hanging on the hook to dry myself off.
Taking extra time to make sure my hair is dry. I get dressed in my school uniform, brush my teeth, try to comb my hair but it always ends up a curly mess anyways, then head downstairs to eat breakfast.
I wonder what we are having?...
Steamed rice, miso soup, and grilled fish sitting on a table. Steam still raising from the food dishes.
This isn't too bad, we haven't had this since we started packing up so that we could move.
Taking my seat at the far end of the table, I wait for my parents to come and sit down with me before I start to eat.
My dad makes his way down the stairs as my mother takes her seat at the table. My dad goes to the kitchen and pours a cup of coffee into a to-go cup, then instead of sitting down or even saying a word he just takes off out the door.
Did they have another fight, or does he just have to get to work early?...
My mother sighs and then looks at me, "Well, let us dish up and say our thanks."
"O-okay?..." I dish up my plate, making sure to leave plenty for my mom.
"Thanks for the meal." We both say in unison after were both done dishing our plates. Then we start to eat.
"You should probably hurry, that way you aren't late... I put your lunch in your bag."
"Okay, thanks..." My tone is very dry and has no sign of emotion.
