THE TWO GIRLS FOUND themselves surrounded, emi getting weaker as she keeps kicking away guards and the wound in her stomach leaks more blood onto the fabric of her jacket and shirt.
"emi you have to leave, now" jade says to the blonde "i fucking told you, i'm not leaving without you" emi says to the girl and shoots at yet another guard "i'm out of bullets fuck." she says throwing her gun to the side and sliding her knife out to slit a male's throat just in time "2 minutes!" fyodor's accented voice says, a chuckle following "emi! i'll be right behind you!" jade yells at the pale looking blonde.
emi spares a glance at jade "you better be." she says as she finally stabs the last guard on her side and runs over the bodies as fast as she could with her injury.
"the party starts now!" fyodor laughs, his laugh fading as a loud bang hits emi's ears, causing a loud groan to leave her lips "fucking hurry up emi!" jade yells in her breathless voice. another bang heard in the distance right in front of jade. "jad-" the female is cut off by a loud explosion blowing her backwards.
her weak frame hitting a stone wall with a thump, an aching pain in her head as her blurry vision watches the guards along with her raven haired best friend blow up along with the place.
her ocean eyes widen in horror as she realised the raven haired female didn't follow her, she wasn't right behind her, she saved her life. the girl's eyes start to flood with tears as a loud scream rips through her throat, existing her mouth in agony, her hands clinging onto the material of her shirt as she stares at the blood stained stone floor her body was kneeled upon. her best friend of years died for her, jade put emi first before herself, a loud sob leaves the girl's mouth as her gaze looks upon the burning building.
the girl was a messy state; screaming until her lungs ache and her throat burns, the tears flooding down her cheeks like a waterfall. her messily styled hair traveled down her back, her head injury staining the blonde of her bangs. the silence was filled with a crackle of the fire and loud screams and sobs of pure guilt and agony.
the girl stops her screams, her heavy breath blocking out the noise of a police car in the distance, blocking out the noise of the fire. her blue eyes watched in horror as she spots a head of raven hair, her best friend laying there lifeless.
her blue eyes shift, a dark blue filling her normally joyful bright blue eyes as she realises the figure to be her dear friend "jade!" she yells, a sob cutting her off as the tears flood once again and she tightly shuts her eyes.
"emi! what-" dazai's voice is heard behind the girl as another scream of pure agony leaves the girl's mouth as she presses her forehead down to the stone ground, her loud sobs shaking her whole body as her hands cling onto the knife in her hand. dazai's eyes widen in horror as he sees the figure among the flames and parts of the building, looking down at his lover with guilt in his eyes.
his so joyful lover was now screaming in pain and heartbreak on the ground, his so loving lover won't ever be the same as he watches her weak state fall to the ground once again as she attempted to make her way towards the body.
"i will fucking kill that man, even if it's the last thing i will do" emi spits, her words coming out like venom, full of hatred and bitterness, her expression a mix of pure anger and hurt as the brunette male looks at her tired tear stained face. an ache in his heart as her own brother flashes before his eyes, the female reminding him exactly of the male he saw break down because of some people dear to him dying.
she looked broken, seeking revenge exactly how the maroon haired male did years ago, the maroon male led himself to his death, knowing it was the last thing he would do was get his revenge with a side effect of death.
the male stares at his lover, knowing he couldn't allow her to get herself killed, he won't let her get revenge even if it depended on their relationship. he promised before oda's death that he would keep the girl safe and close and he couldn't let himself lose her again.
