Chapter 26: Just Like Animals

*Is it just me, or Liam Payne is super fucking hot?*

THIRD PERSON POV

"ONWARD!" Harry yells on top of voice. He's pretty sure his voice could be heard from miles away. As Harry leads his pack into the forest, Xavier starts his war preparations too.

He has set every possible obstacle he could have ever thought of in the forest to slow Harry and his pack down.

Harry had sent Alec a day before giving Xavier an ultimatum. Asking him to let Jennifer go. But Alec's dead body returned just an hour ago covered in blood with the words "War Is On" carved on his back. Harry was enraged by this. Alec was not only his pack member but also his best friend. He was his right hand, his brother. Harry didn't waste no time after he buried Alec's body right next to where his father's body was buried.

"NO MERCY! ONLY KILL! ANYONE. JUST ANYONE! I WANT ALL OF THEM DEAD!" Xavier commands to his pack. "NOBODY TOUCHES THE ALPHA KID! HE'S MY KILL!" He finishes and with a war cry his pack moves to the borders of their territory. All the guards of the pack house ready with their claws and canines to kill anyone that tries to cross their way. With one last vicious smile towards the dungeons where Jennifer is trapped, Xavier moves towards the big doors ready for a fight.

"Nora!" Harry calls through mind link.

"Yes, Alpha." Nora replies almost Instantly.

"You're going to cover my back till the doors. I'm going straight for the dungeons. I'm going to free Jennifer first." He says.

"That's not a good idea. Xavier knows we're coming and he's going to keep the best of his fighters near the dungeons. Only a person with a death wish would go there." She says, he voice full of concern. "We can't lose you, Alpha. We've already lost Alec." She says with a sigh. Harry growls in response. Evidently angry by her response.  Jennifer is his mate after all... Harry's first instinct will always be to protect her. Always.

"Just do as I say!" Harry hisses. And Nora just nods in response.

"FASTER!" Harry screams to his pack and all of them start running with an unbelievably fast speed.

'You're going to make him pay for this.' The voice says. But this time it was in Jennifer's head. Like she had another person inside her. "How?" Jennifer asks herself. Her stomach churns and heart throbs rapidly.
'  He's threatened to kill your mate, you tell me.' Just hearing this makes Jennifer angry. And she unknowingly starts growling, just like an animal would. Just like a werewolf would. Her breaths unstable,  her fists clenching.  She pulls her bottom lip between her teeth and bites on it so keep herself from screaming. Suddenly she feels her teeth piercing her lips and her nails poking the skin on her palm.

She pulls her hands out and her eyes go wide. Her nails look like the ones Harry has when he shifts. She slowly touches her teeth and something pricks her finger. She gasps when she realises that those aren't teeth. Those are wolf canines.

Harry pack stops running when Harry abruptly stops without any command.

Harry looks around and smells trying to get something.

Just to confirm his suspicion he picks up a stick from the ground and throws in ahead of him. As the stick touches the ground a loud noise erupts. "GET DOWN!" Harry yells. The pack reacts immediately.

His suspicion was right, he could smell gunpowder from a distance and it become more strong as they reached near the enemy's territory. Explosives. Cowards! He thought making a face of disgust.

"We're taking the other way... This path is full of explosives." He says.

"Um, Alpha. What is a few of us stay here and cause more explosions and rest of you guys carry on? We can trick them like this." John, one of Harry's trusted men suggest. 

"That's a pretty good idea indeed" Nora agrees.

Harry nods in response,  "John, Sansa and Ellie will stay back. Rest will follow us. We've got a pack of bastards to kill." Harry says as he starts running towards the Redwood pack, Nora and the rest of the pack following right behind.

"Come on guys, let's do this shit." Ellie says with a smirk.

"Let's do this" John and Sansa nod returning the same smirk.

Anyways, I killed Alec too. YAY.  Lol no. I liked him. Sigh.
