Trapped [H.S]

Chapter 27 (part 1) : I See Gold.

Note: Jennifer's wolf in the media section. The eyes are purple because Jennifer is the one who possesses The Black Crystal now, as Harry gave it to her on her birthday and now she's almost shifted into a wolf. Enjoy.

Harry's POV

I see my pack fight the enemies, I see Nora running behind me killing anyone that tried to cause harm to me, I see wolves pouncing at me and then I see blood as I rip their heads off, I see fire at the back of the forest caused by those explosives, I see some of the best fighters I had falling to the ground.. lifeless and cold. But what I don't see is the girl I love, the girl I want to spend my whole life with, the girl who betrayed me but I simply couldn't hate her. I don't think I would ever be able to hate her.

She is love and she is all that I need.

Running through the gates I reach the big doors. As I reach out to push it open I hear Nora scream, "Harry!" And then I feel a sharp sting in my arm.

Instinctively, my hands reach out to the neck of the wolf and it takes no time for me to pull his throat out. These peasants can't match the strength of an Alpha. Only someone with a death wish would even think of competing an Alpha.

"Are you okay?" Nora asks while she circles around another wolf who tried to attack us. Idiot. "Yeah, I am." I reply and she pounces on the wolf and bites his right ear off and taking advantage of his slow motions she goes straight for his neck. Within seconds he's dead too.

"I've trained you well." I say proudly.

"Sure." She says rolling her eye. We both chuckle but it ends quickly as I push the doors open.

Jennifer's POV

Claws, canines and now fur. My body almost goes numb when I see fur ripping out of my skin. But what really takes me aback is not the fur but the color. It's a very different color. Not white, not blonde.

It's somewhat golden.

Mesmerised by the color of the fur I almost don't even realise the ripping sounds of the clothes that im wearing.

My head starts spinning faster and my heart beats increase every second. My stomach churns and i fall on the ground.

The intense pain makes me scream. But what comes out doesn't like a scream, it sounds more like a growl. A loud one at that.

Your time has come. I hear a similar voice.

I'm finally taking charge. I hear another voice Inside my head.

It feels like there are three people in this cell right now. One of them is whispering in my ear and the other, in my head.

Today you shall free me. The voice said.

Today you shall kill the one who threatened your mate. The voice in my head said.

"Who are you?" I try to answer but my voice comes out like an animal. Not words, just growls.

I'm the soul you set free, you have learned to trust me. The outer voice said.

I'm a part of your soul since the beginning, your companion, your wolf spirit. The voice inside my head followed.

"Oh my god." I hear someone say. "She's shifting! The girl is shifting into a wolf" the man screams, stepping foot into the cell. I turn around instantly and growl loudly, making the whole cell shake like it did before Noah was killed.

Suddenly, without knowing what I'm doing, I pounce on the man with so much force that it causes my chains to break. All I see is red. All I hear is a loud scream and then one last gasp that came from the now dead man. And all I want to do is kill.

But this chapter is going to be really long. So this is the first part of it!
