Weeks had passed and the three boys became inseparable. Despite their differences in many things and the lack of knowledge on certain aspects each other, they had a tight bond. The 3 constantly hung out after school, meeting up at the same tree, same time, and the occasional watching Hoseok challenge the 4-membered boy group to a dance competition. After, they would head to Jimin's house, but recently Yoongi offered them to come over so Jimin didn't feel burdened to keep clean all the time. They were currently eating out during their break, all about to head back to class in a few minutes. "Where we going after school today?" Hoseok asked with a mouth full of food.

"How many times do I have to tell you to shut up and swallow before you talk," Jimin handed him a napkin. "That's gross," He added, referring to the dripping sauce. Hoseok took the napkin and quickly wiped it off.

"So where?" He asked again with an empty mouth. Jimin shrugged, looking at Yoongi.

"My place?" Yoongi questioned. They both nodded.

"Okay," Jimin got up. "See you both then. I have to get to class early."

"Hobi!" Jimin screamed out at him, but he didn't look up. Hoseok leaned against the Jasmine tree, a book in his hand. He looked so peaceful that Jimin didn't even want to call out to him again, but instead capture the elegance of his current position. He took out his phone, zooming into Hoseok's face while also making sure to get in the tree and the book. He took a few pictures before putting his phone away in his pocket.

"Did you just take a photo of him?" Yoongi laughed. "That's not weird at all."

"He looks so pretty," Jimin admired. Hoseok's brown hair swayed gracefully; today parted in the middle showing off his forehead. His long fingers held the book from the spine, his other hand supporting it from the corner. He wore glasses as well, laying just on the tip of his small nose. Yoongi scoffed before screaming out Hoseok's name. He looked up at the two and the same beautiful smile covered his face.

"Hi guys!" He cheerfully said, walking up to them. "Let's go, yeah?"

"Before we go, I want to pick up some bulbs," Yoongi started walking. The two shrugged and followed along.

"It looks like it might rain," Jimin put his hands out to the sky. "Cloudy." Yoongi looked up, noticing how dark is was with the clouds huddling in the sky, about to explode with water. Hoseok, however, kept walking without sparing a glance at the sky.

Yoongi walked into the aisle to grab some bulbs while the other two were patient enough to wait outside. "Do you like the rain?" Jimin suddenly asked Hoseok. Hoseok looked at the gray skies and shook his head.

"No," he bluntly stated. "I love them."

"Yeah? Why?" Jimin giggled.

"It's super depressing," Hoseok said a little too happily. "Sometimes we need to be sad. Rain makes me feel like I'm allowed to be sad." Jimin frowned.

"You can be sad whenever, Hobi," he comforted. "Don't force yourself to smile all the time!" Hoseok's smile was wide, his straight teeth making it only that much more endearing to look at. Jimin couldn't help but give him a smile back.

"You too, Jiminie," Hoseok looked back up. "Don't pretend to be nice and caring all the time. Sometimes you need to be taken care of as well." Jimin's smile dropped again along with his heart. Before he could answer, Yoongi walked out with a bag in his hands.

"Okay, now let's go home."

Reaching Yoongi's place, he made them wait outside to fix the mess inside. He quickly cleaned up what he could before letting them into the room. Yoongi had at least even a little bit of dignity left in front of them, and that wouldn't last long with wine bottles and underwear laying everywhere from times he couldn't even remember. "Okay, come in!" Hoseok and Jimin slammed the door open.

"Took you long enough," Hoseok shuddered from the cold. It started raining. Yoongi looked outside his small window, seeing the rain slowly begin to hit the panels. The rain quickly increased, thunder lighting into the room.

"Shit," Yoongi rushed passed the two, but then everything turned off. The lights went out and the room went dark. They were able to hear the heat stopping, making Jimin groan loudly.

"Yoongi what's going on?" He sat down on the edge of the bed. "Did the power go out?" Yoongi nodded. He went through his closet, pulling out a large blanket and throwing it onto the bed. He pulled Hoseok with him, setting Jimin in the middle and himself and Hoseok beside him.

"Well fuck," Hoseok let out. "What do we do now?" No one spoke for a minute, the rain hitting against the building before Yoongi spoke up.

"I have no idea."

"Me neither," Jimin sunk into the bed. "I'm kind of sleepy but I wanted to do something." The thunder began getting louder and Hoseok's body quivered in fear. His eyes widened seeing the blue light from the lightning entering the room and he jumped off of the bed.

"Guys I have to- She can't be alone," He trembled. Yoongi and Jimin got up, helping him put his coat on.

"Who? We can come too?" Jimin asked. "It's already dark out."

"No no no, it's okay," he grabbed his phone and fled out without giving them a chance to say anything else. Yoongi locked the door, turning to a flustered and worried Jimin.

"He always does that," Jimin sighed, sitting back down on the bed. He covered his eyes with his arm, biting his lip in thought. "What's up with that."

"Wanna get drunk?" Yoongi pulled out some wine. Jimin removed his arm, his eyes answering for him. Yoongi laughed handing him a glass. "Cheers."

Hoseok ran up to the front steps of his solo condo. The rain dripped from the roof onto his fluffy hair as he walked into the dark house. Sighing, he set his phone down, relieved to see the lights turning on. Silence. Walking up to his bedroom on the second level, he peered into Mickey's empty room before going into his own. Hoseok set his phone down on the nightstand and threw his coat off to the side and lay down on his bed. The photo frame of his family next to his bed sat up right, a small crack on the glass from when he had thrown it out of anger a few days ago. Beside that was a photo of Mickey. The small dog's hair was growing out in the photo, which Hoseok personally loved, but summer had been coming around and she needed to get it trimmed. Ding. His phone buzzed.

Jimin: Hobi, did you get home safely?
Jimin: Tell Mickey we love her!

Hoseok: Yes, I did! I will. :)
Hoseok: I apologize for running out on you guys. Mickey's scared of thunder so I had to come home.

Jimin: no it's okay! We understand! Take care please and don't get sick.

Hoseok: you too Jiminie

Jimin: ❤️

Hoseok set his phone back down, running his slim fingers through his damp hair. Hoseok-ah the voice replayed in his mind, rain heard in the background. The thunder struck again and he felt he was going crazy. He was constantly hearing the repetition of his name being said by her on that rainy night. Hoseok-ah, don't wait for me. No need to worry.

He clamped his hands on his head, screaming at the top of his lungs, but the thunder shut his cries of helplessness up. Hoseok's breathing almost stopped before grabbing Mickey and pulling her into his arms. "Mickey," he breathed out. "I missed you." Hoseok's body began to relax, his fingers running through Mickey's fur, occasionally scratching her. Feeling his senses coming back to him, he held the dog closer to his face and whispered:

"I love you, Mick."
