Third Person POV

Jisoo stretches her arms in the air while laying in her bed, her hands gripping tightly on her phone and her eyes occupied by her phone screen, staring into it waiting for something.

She sighs and leans to her side, opening her contacts, "V 😘" it had saved. Last week when they exchanged numbers, he took her phone and she took his. She chuckled upon seeing his contact name. At that moment she recalled complaining to him how cheesy it was and how she was going to change it, but a week later, Jisoo never bothered to.

Jisoo bit the side of her lips as she pressed "message". Constant thoughts filling her mind as she debates whether to text him first or not. "Aish why ask for my number if you're not even going to contact me!" Jisoo complained in her mind.

"Jisoo I think you need to stop starring at your phone before your eyes goes cross-eyed" Rosé remarked as she lays down beside Jisoo in her bed.

"I was not staring at my phone!" Jisoo denied as she threw away her from phone across the bed in annoyance.

"Why do you keep looking at it anyways, are you waiting for a call? Is it ballet or work related?" Rosé asks completely oblivious as she knows that it is impossible for Jisoo to be waiting for a call from a guy. As Jisoo only has Rosé's number, her family's, madam BoA, and her manager.

"It's nothing! Come on just pick a movie already!" Jisoo tried to change the topic as her mood grew more sour at the topic of phone calls.

"Okay let's watch 'Inception'! Your favourite." Rosé suggests.

"Wow I love how you know me so well." Jisoo unconsciously showing some aegyo to her best friend as she reaches out to teasingly hug her.

"Aigooo honestly I think I'm the only one who can put up with your sassiness and weird personality" Rosé joked.

"Yeah, yeah, whatever it's not like I'm planning to find love anyways." Jisoo removed her hug from Rosé's body and proceeded to make herself comfortable in the bed. She couldn't help to get excited as she looks forward to see Tom Hardy, her favourite actor.

A/N: apparently that is actually Jisoo's favourite movie as she mentioned it in a vlive before and also she mentioned liking that actor!

*buzz* *buzz*

Jisoo heard her phone vibrate in the middle of the movie and rapidly reached out for it across the bed creating big movements which caused Rosé to fall off the bed.

"YAH! WHAT WAS THAT FOR!" Rosé yells upset as she fell on her bum.

Jisoo fixed her hair as if she was going to be seen before looking at the notification she received.

"Buy One Get 50% off Chicken Bucket!"  a loud sigh of disappointment exited Jisoo's mouth upon reading the text message.

On a normal day, Jisoo would be ecstatic to receive this text message from her favourite restaurant but she's literally been itching to get a text message from V and yet she still got nothing!

"Okay for real what is up with you and that phone of yours!" Rosé yelled as she turned off the movie playing in the TV and grabbing Jisoo's phone from her hands to get her full attention.

"Yah!!! What are you doing!" Jisoo yelled as her phone was just snatched away from her.

"Nope! You have to tell me why the hell are you so glued onto your phone before I give this back to you!"
