With or without powers

The next morning was filled with lots of hugs and kisses.I couldn't of imagined a better morning with my best friend.We went shopping before Kara had to go to work.I picked out new clothes,shoes,a new i phone and a shiny gold necklace that had Supergirls symbol on it and on the back of it read I love you.We went back to Kara's apartment so I could get myself settled in.While Kara filled out the adoption paperwork I got my new phone set up.Soon enough Kara had to leave to go to work.Bye she said kissing my head and hugging me Mrs shepherd will be by to pick you up at 2:00 please be good for her.I will I said hugging her back she kissed me on the head again bye She called as she left bye I said sadly.I watched the news and played on My phone there was a house fire down town and of course Supergirl saved every one.I watched the news all day about super girl when two o clock rolled around I left for the day I had a good time at Zadys house.I loved it so much that I didn't want to go home but I knew that I had to.Zady and her mom dropped me off at the apartment just as I herd a noise that I herd before I looked up and I saw my best friend fly by Kara!!!Down here!!!I yelled happily Kara noticed me on the ground and flew down to greet me.Theres my girl she said picking me up.You want to go on a fly umm yegh I said excitedly hop on She said I got on her back and she took off up in the air.I closed my eyes for the first part but Supergirl encouraged me to open them and ounce I did I never wanted to close them.It was so amazing up there.the air in my face and hair.I reached out and touched a cloud.I was having so much fun that I never wanted it to end.I wrapped my arms around Karas neck and hugged her tightly.When we got back I got a shower and went to bed Kara came in and gave me a sweet kiss on the forehead.I love you she whispered into my ear I should of said it before.My eyes shot open and I looked up at her and smiled I love you to I said back She kissed my head again Goodnight my sweet girl Goodnight KD I said back as She left the room.The next two weeks were amazing I would go to Zadys house or Lilys house and when I would come home Kara and I would go on a fly.One day I was watching the news like I normally did before I went to my friends house for the day.There was a live news coverage of Supergirl vs a alien.As I watched a new feeling came over me.a feeling that  made me question if Kara still loved me even if I didn't have any powers.That feeling and thought went through my head as the day went on.I didn't want to eat or play anything when I was at Lily's house Instead I just sat around staring at the wall.I sighed heavily as I laid on their couch.I was about ready to close my eyes when Kara sent me a text asking if I was ok.She said she herd my heavy sigh.I texted back asking her if she still loved me even though I had no powers.I started crying as I waited for a response.She texted an extra long text.I read every word with tears streaming down my face.OF COURSE I DO WHY WOULD YOU THINK OTHERWISE.I CAN HEAR YOU CRYING AND ITS TAKING ALL THAT I HAVE NOT TO FLY OVER THERE AND HOLD YOU.PLEASE DON'T THINK THAT WAY I LOVE YOU MORE THAN ANY HUMAN BEING ON THIS PLANET BESIDES MY SISTER.IF I HAVE TO SAY IT MORE THAN OUNCE I WILL.I LOVE YOU SO SO SO MUCH MORE THAN YOU CAN IMAGINE.I LOVE YOU WITH OR WITHOUT POWERS.IM CRYING RIGHT NOW BECAUSE YOUR CRYING.I WANT TO HOLD YOU SO BAD AND TELL YOU IN PERSON THAT I LOVE YOU.and the text ended with a heart emoji.I wiped away my tears and went to go play with Lily.It was almost time for me to go home when Supergirl flew in through the window.Lilys family already knew Supergirl was my mom so they weren't surprised to see her.I was running with a nerf gun in my hand running from Lily through the house.I ran right passed Kara who was talking to Mr and mrs Olson.Come and get me Lily I dare you!!!I yelled Oh yeah she yelled yeah I yelled back.I hid in a corner and then I started shooting got yah I yelled darn it she mumbled.We walked back out into the kitchen Just in time to go home.Come on safira time to go home aww I said as she handed me my backpack and picked me up in her arms I waved goodbye to lily before super girl put me on her back and flew home.
