1. There war is over in this universe.
Megatron and Optimus both agreed to stop the war, after all Megatron's dark energon went missing. After Megatron didn't have any of that stuff he realized how pointlessness the war was, and contacted Optimus to agree to finishing the war.

2. Cybertron is alive again. Shockwave with the help of Brainstorm, found away to bring Cybertron back.

3. Both Autobots and Decepticons like to stay on earth, though their occasionally stay about one every other earth month on Cybertron.

4. Jack, Miko and Raf are all adults. June Derby is married to William Fowler, Jack and Miko are dating. Raf is in universe.
