BROTHER?!

Y/N POV
Outside the conference hall I meet BTS
and I can't stop shaking like a leaf.
Jk comes to me and holds my hand.
"If you get to nervous squeeze as tightly as you want during the conference. I'll be right beside you. Okay?" he says.
" Thank you oppa." I smile.
We enter the confrence hall with bright flashes disrupting my vision.
The confrence mostly goes smoothly as tae introduces me as his girlfriend to the entire world until..
"Y/N shii we received a tip that you were engaged to Master Jackson Park. Is it true that you left him ?" a reporter suddenly asks making me freeze.
"I believe that every girl needs to meet a few bad men in order to be able to find the right man for herself. My girlfriend just had a bad encounter in her past. I hope that you wouldn't be so harsh on her. " tae replies smiling.
"I am thankful to Mr. Jackson for letting such an amazing woman go. His mistakes brought her into my life. Besides I intend to be the last man she ever looks at." he says looking at me with adoration in his eyes as I look at him admiration fills me and my heart flutters.
" Does that mean you're planning to get married soon? What does your family have to say about this?" The reportes ask.
"My family are my group members and my fans."Tae says.
"As a group we have already considered Y/N as our family and for our happiness I believe that ARMY too will accept her. Thank you for coming. The conference ends here. Please do join us for refreshments arranged by the company." RM says before all of us stand up and bow to the cameras.
Once out of the room my legs give out on me and I cling to tae for dear life like a baby deer that hasn't learn to walk.
All of them start laughing at me and tae lifts me up.
"Were you that nervous?" he teases.
"Ofcourse she was. She turned my hand to a pulp." Jk whines as tae puts me down on a chair.
"HEY! If you're such a crybaby you shouldn't have acted all brave and offered me your hand in the first place. You useless brother." I shout at Jk jokingly.
" Hyung. You see how she treats me after I take care of her😭. She's made of ice." Jk complains to JIN dramatically.
"Hubby these kids are annoying me. Deal with them please." Jin sighs going into Mom mode.
"Kids...don't irritate your mother. Go play outside." RM laughs making Jin glare at him.
If you are wondering..Yes...those two are dating and like to play house once in a while with us acting like kids. Over all it's hilarious to watch.

A few days after the conference.
Although things have calmed down a lot but it's still a little difficult to deal with the attention. I was thinking the fandom would hate me but I got a reverse reaction. The articles were full of pictures of me and tae doing simple stuff together with comments like "Inseperable" "Loved by each other and the people". Their fans even created a long video song for me asking me to take care of him and make him happy. Basically, life was taking a turn for the good again.
I am snapped out of my thoughts by the ringing of my office phone.
"Big hit entertainment.Head physicians office. How may I help you?"
"Y/N. There's someone at the reception claiming to be your brother that wants to see you. Do you mind coming down here?" Mrs.Bang says.
My Br-brother?
"Y/N? Are you okay?"
"Yes Mrs.Bang. I'll be right there. Please ask him to wait for a bit."
I cut the call. My brother? He's here? Why?
I check myself in the mirror and brush my hands through my hair to make it look more tame. I put on some lip gloss and take a deep breath. Okay prim and proper.
I reach the lobby and adjust myself one more time before reaching the lounge area and rub my hands together.
I nervously open the door and peep in and my eyes widen. He's here. He's really here.
"Oppa.." I whisper as my eyes fill with tears.

He looks up at me and smiles. The smile doesn't reach his eyes and there is no shine in them. His hair is perfectly styled and there is not a single flaw in his appearance. His eyes are cold and distant unlike before and he seems tired and aged more than he should be. His aura is exactly like that of father's now. Cold and dominating.
"Come here. Or have you decided not to forgive me?" he says stretching his arms out.
I immediately run upto him and hug him.
"I missed you so much oppa. Why did you do it? Why did you push me away? I hate you. I hate you so much." I cry.
"I'm sorry Y/N. I just wanted to protect you."
I look up at him confused.
"What do you mean?" I ask.
"I'll tell you later. Won't you introduce me to your little boyfriend first?" he says teasingly and I stiffen.
"Is that why you're here? Did father send you?" I ask coldly.
"It's not like that Y/N. I came because I have to tell the both of you something." he says.
"Why should I believe you? Last time I trusted you again I ended up with that damned psycho in my room. You knew and yet you let that...that pig around me just because of dad so why?Why? Just why should I trust you again?" I ask holding my emotions in and trying not to show even a hint of vulnerebility.
"Y/N? Who is this?" tae's voice cuts off the conversation. I quickly wipe my tears and turn to tae.
"Jagi...This is my big brother. He came to visit me." I smile at tae and his face falls.
"Did you cry? Why? Did something happen?" tae rushes to me a cups my cheek.
"I'm alright." I tell tae and a sound of throat clearing interupts us. Tae gives me a look that says LATER and turns towards my brother.
"Hello. I'm Y/N's boyfriend Kim taehyung." he says.
"Y/B/N Lee. Nice to meet you too but
I'm afraid that you'll not be her boyfriend for too long." my brother says.
I feel anger rise in me and before I know it
SLAP. A sound resonates in the room followed by utter silence.
