Everything has changed since Goopee's death. Most of those who had lost their powers got it back. The only thing that was rather similar was the fact that almost everyone saw me as a monster.
Oh right. You wanna know how Goopee died? Sure.

"Fine. I have done too many wrongs in this world already. The last thing that I wanted was your powers. Sigh. If only you would let me... HYA!"
Goopee reached for my head and pulled me forward. He then proceeded to lock me in a cage which fell from above. I tried to avoid it but I had underestimated the size of the cage. It fell and blocked any possible direction of my escape. A wire hung from above, as if it was going to be attached to me. Oh no. He still wanted my powers! I was way too careless! I sat and not knowing what else to do, began banging on the glass that surrounded me, trying to find a weak spot.
"Silly little girl. Young and naive. Children like you deserve to DIE!"
I had to find a way to get out quickly. I grabbed a dagger and placed it against the glass. I used my wrists to slam against the shaft of the dagger, trying to make a crack in the glass. When it did not work, I began using my claws to try making an imprint in the glass. Both methods failed to succeed. There was no hope left for me.
"GOOPEE! LET HER GO NOW OR YOU WILL FACE DEATH!"
I turned around to see Dave and Austin. However, the person who shouted clearly wasn't either one of them, as they stood there with their mouths open, looking as confused as I was.
The voice sounded familiar, yet I couldn't remember whose voice it belonged to. "Dad...?"
He smiled at me sadly before charging at Goopee, claws out. I stood in the glass chamber, shocked. I was teary eyed. My father had actually stood up for me. Suddenly all the negativity left me and I felt happy. I was genuinely happy, it wasn't a fake smile I had plastered on. After all those times I thought he didn't care about me, he came all the way here to save my life.
"Well well well. We finally meet the almighty Wolverine. Aren't you a brave one. Even your mighty little daughter couldn't stop me. What makes you think you even stand a chance?"
"Well. I have nothing left to lose. She has a kingdom to rule and I only have one thing left on my mind, to kill you, even if it means I will die." He growled and charged straight at Goopee.
The fighting got very intense. Whenever either one threw a punch at each other, everyone got chills. After a good five minutes, both my father and Goopee were bloody and wounded. My father had turned very pale, as if he would pass out at any moment. On the other hand, Goopee was becoming weaker and his confidence was slowly depleting. Surprisingly, the werewolves were all shook. They had stood there in silence for the entire fight. With my eyes, I pleaded with one of the boys to pass my father a dagger that contained a little water or spit. Luckily, Wolvie caught on to what I was signalling and shouted "Hey Wolverine! Catch!"
Time seemed to slow as my father received the dagger and impaled Goopee. However, at the same time, Goopee had transformed his hand into a sword and impaled it right through my father. He groaned before collapsing on the floor, unable to get up and ears twitching. I fell on my knees. No... He can't die. My father couldn't have died just like that!
The aura around me shifted immediately. It became bleak and black. Anyone standing in the same room felt the pain I felt. I could not even touch my father or talk to him before he died. His unmoving figure made my heart ache. He was truly gone.

The past still hurt. I have been getting glimpses of my father's death every night. However, it was not Goopee who had killed him. It was me. Every action that I had done while fighting Lucinda had been replicated by Goopee. My brain was in such a mess that I would often hide in my room. No one dared to come near me. Occasionally someone would knock on the door and I would just punch the wall with my fist, chasing them away.
This continued for a whole week. By the time someone managed to break down the door, my hands were bloody and there were multiple scars along my arms. I was on the floor, eyes red from all the crying. Dave pat my head, trying to comfort me while Wolvie got the Salutary.
Though they tried their best to help, I still had an urge to torture myself till I was satisfied. I was mumbling the same words on repeat. "I killed my father. I killed my father. I killed my father..." Wolvie looked anxious when he heard me constantly muttering these words. Dave looked shocked. It was as if in that week, I had gone crazy and lost my sanity.
When the salutary came, the first thing she pointed out was that my eyes were white. When she did a full check up, she almost freaked out. My eyes flashed between two colours. White and red. Dave and his wife backed away but oddly, Wolvie stayed. He didn't even look affected by my aura which was odd. Instead, he just calmed me down and got me to relax a little.
The others in the room looked shocked. Wolvie was the only one who managed to stay near me, while others all backed away and maintained their distance. When I finally relaxed a bit, the only word that came out of my mouth while pointing at Wolvie was, "H-how—"
Wolvie looked shocked. "What... What just happened?" Everyone in the room looked stunned. "A-am I her... life mate?"
