Chapter 35

Patrick with Ray in his arms ran to the volcano. Running for his life, not caring what was on the ground, or the pain below his feet. He was determined to save him and his love Ray.

He ran till they were safe, on top of the volcano. He ran up those stairs faster then anyone. At the top with the stairs and fencing around the top so no one could fall in, Patrick put down Ray and held her tightly as the wave hit all of O'ahu. Ray as sad as anyone, lost everything that mattered to her, her mother Karen, Perry, her best friend Bree, Bart, Diane, Evan, Tanner, and somewhat Cristy and everyone who lived on this part of Hawaii. But she did realize what she has in front of her, the only thing that mattered to her, more than she had ever realized, Patrick.

"Patrick, I never realized, but you were right the whole time, you and I are lovers. The one that we're always meant to be together. I love you!"

"Finally you realized! I love you too!" Said Patrick. He grabbed her and kissed her. Behind them the volcano's smoke began to rise.

Ray and Patrick began to realize that it was going to erupt soon. They felt the rumble and shaking, but saw a moving figure among the smoke. Who could it have been.

Ray holding Bree's arm still used it as a weapon, Patrick holding Rays hand which held Tanner and her Rings. They walked along the side of the volcano when they saw the man with the mask. The man didn't know they were there so Ray and Patrick sneak attacked him, holding him tightly.

"Who are you!" Screamed Ray. "Trying to kill us, stealing our money as bathing suits. Attempting to shoot us with your gun, kidnap people and give them health problems."

Patrick immediately took off his masks and realized that it was Cristy'sfather.

"It was you!" Shouted Ray. "Why did you do all these crimes?!"

"Because Cristy hired me to! She wanted to stop all your chances in being a lifeguard."

"This is unforgivable, and because everyone is dead besides us three, there is nothing to stop you. No police neither prison so we are just gonna have to do the work for you." Said Ray.

Patrick grabbed the man and through him in the volcano, he immediately becoming ashes.

"Now that's done, are you ready to go Ray?" Asked Patrick.

"Not yet..." said Ray. She walked over to the side of the volcano then said "Bree, my best friend who has been with me forever. Please take this arm and tell her through spirit that I loved her and will see her again one day." Said Ray, then she looked at her hand and took off her wedding rings of hers and Tanners. Then she said. "Before this tragic event, I loved Tanner with all my heart, take these rings and show that I loved him more then anything." Ray dropped the rings in the volcano as well.

"Now Patrick, we have been through a lot and that is why I didn't say I do. I noticed how you were feeling and how I felt about you. I love you more than anything. We have been through so much. Tanner and I met in a spontaneous way, but me and you met in a way that we didn't expect. I love that about us!" Said Ray, kissing Patrick.

Patrick seemed so please with his girls words then said. "Let's take off where you left off." He said. "I do take you Ray to be my wife."

"Patrick I do take you to be my husband." Said Ray,and together they already knew the next five words and they were soon married on top of a volcano, looking down at all the flooded land.

"So what do we do now?" Asked Ray.

"Whatever our hearts desire!"
