*Next day*

I wait and wait and wait. But he's not here. Since the time he transferred here..he's not been absent for even a single day so why today? I become concerned. I remove my mobile from my bag and message him asking why he didn't show up or is he on his way? or worse, is he sick? But no reply.

The lecture starts with Biology. I'm still looking at the door hoping he'd come. Maybe he slept late playing video games, maybe he never slept. Many things linger in my mind. But he's not here. I keep checking my mobile for his reply but yet no response. He was fine yesterday, rather more than fine.

When the bell rings for the break, Jimin and Tae enter in a second as if they were standing outside my class only. They approach my desk and sit on the empty seats beside me and a seat in front of me as all the students run aways towards the lunch hall. "What's in your box today?" Tae asks eagerly hoping I'd bring something tasty today as well which is right! "Brought apple tarts for you guys" I brightly smile and remove my lunch box from my bag and almost keep it on the desk until Tae snatches it. "But where's Jungkook?" Jimin asks taking a look at the classroom in search of Jungkook. "He's absent today. I even messaged him however he's not replying but don't worry I'm sure he's still sleeping." "Or maybe he's not here because he's SHY!" Jimin utters with an 'I-caught-you' smirk.  Tae widens his eyes. "What? why are you looking at me like t-that? And why would he be shy?" I don't look at him and just grab my water bottle and drink from it.

"Don't act innocent Y/N. We know everything that happened between you two yesterday." He giggles making a joke out of me. I choke while drinking water and spit it out. ON HIS FACE "Geez! ON my face? Seriously???" Jimin shouts a bit and I apologize and hand him a handkerchief. But I get surprised looking at Tae. He knows it too and he's acting as if he heard that for the first time. I stare at him. Hard! Tae coughs while eating the tart and makes the most innocent face and points his finger at Jimin who's wiping his face and lip syncs "he told me" And raises his hands up. I just roll my eyes.

"So you're a love guru or what now?" I taunt Jimin who then replies with "Just for you baby!"  

I huff. "Jungkook is missing on these amazing tarts." Tae comments and Jimin picks one to taste. "You try messaging him" I demand Jimin. "Okay, ma'am!" He starts to type a message until I and Tae finish up the tarts.  While typing Jimin puts his hand in the Tiffin to find one but ops! it's empty! "HEY!! Where is my share?" He scoffs. "sorry we ate it all" Tae and I smile at him nervously. "You guys are mean!.....hey hey...he saw the message." Jimin shows us his phone and I immediately grab it to confirm. "He didn't even see my messages which were sent 3 hours ago and he saw yours in like what...2 mins?" something's fishy! "Call him NOW and put it on speaker." I bang the desk. "O-okay!" Jimin becomes shocked looking at my this side. 

He calls him and Jungkook picks up on the second ring. I make a super annoyed face. I action tell Jimin to speak.

JK: hey Jimin!

Jimin: Jungkook.

"Talk casually" I whisper to Jimin.

Jimin: Um...H-hey dude! What's wrong? why'd you missed today? you know we have practice, right?
