Valerie's POV
To save time, I bring out my journal to write the feelings of this morning.
"The answers are really nowhere
To the constant pain I forbear
But I won't let anyone break my wall
Neither will I let a tear drop fall"
I close it up and put it back in it's place. Most times I wonder if I was born to be judged or if I'm never meant to be happy.
I sigh at the fact that my reality sucks and if I could rewrite my story, maybe my life would be so much different. I love the way stories are like a mirage of the wide imaginations and weird ideas that are made with the mind.
You could alter the life of a character with a word or another character. It's just so amazing.
I wish my life could change by a word or someone but I don't get to plan my destiny.
It's nearly time for school and I have one hour to get ready, so I take a shower hoping with every drop my pains and heartache will be washed away.

I wear my uniform and put an oversized hoodie and leggings into my bag. I wake Levi and the twins and prepare oatmeal. After eating, I look in the counter for today's lunch money but it's not there.
I think this is is part of my punishment, I hug and bring some money out of my diy safe. I made this safe after his death and at that time, I thought I could buy happiness but when I got older i realized that it can't be bought and since then I've had the habit of saving.
I head to the bus stop and I'm glad I reach there a minute to it's arrival. I enter the bus, walking to my daily spot which is the last seat by the window.

I step into the school building and get to my locker when someone bumps into me.
"You dey see at all" she says in a pidgin accent and I don't understand.
I have never attempted speaking pidgin and neither did I understand it.
"Sorry" I say avoiding trouble.
I take out my books and head to class.

My classes go smoothly and then school is now over. I go to the girls bathroom and change to my hoodie and leggings.
I leave the school and walk down to my place of hope and I see the troublemaker.
Sorry for the late update. I had a power but it's fixed now. I hope you enjoy the chapter.
