Logan and I agreed not to do much for Valentines Day. We spend a lot of time together already so I don't think today will be much different, and with everything going on with our families, it doesn't seem like we would have much time to plan anything.
It would be nice to spend our first Valentine's Day together doing something but I really just don't think it's in the cards for us.
I walk to the cafeteria with Sophia because Logan said he needed to talk to a teacher, which is hard to believe but whatever.
He's been acting kind of strange lately. If he keeps up with it by tomorrow then I'm gonna ask him about it.
"Austin is so sweet" Sophia coos showing me what he got her.
There are balloons tied to a gift bag full of goodies. It's a pretty big bag too. I smile as my bestfriend goes on and on about Austin. I love seeing her like this. Believe it or not, he is her first boyfriend. They have been messing around since sophmore year and seeing them finally be offical is a miracle to say the least.
"I'm super happy for you Soph" I smile taking her hand. She smiles back at me and gives me a quick hug.
"Okay um, exlplain to me again why you and Logan aren't celebrating this beautiful holiday" she nudges me in my side.
I shrug my shoulders. "Honestly, we just spend so much time together already and I love him. I don't need a holiday to remind him because I do it everyday. Plus things are still really stressful with our families so...just not great timing I guess"
"Right..." she slowly nods her head and we walk into the cafeteria and sit in our usual seats.
I thought Logan would have been here by now but I guess not. I scroll on my phone while chewing a piece of my sandwich before I'm pulled into a conversation with some of the people at the table. Suddenly I feel a tap on my shoulder.
I curiously turn around and find Logan standing behind me with a goofy smile on his face. He's rocking back and forth on his toes with his hands behind his back.
How can he be so freaking cute.
"Foster" I smile. "What are you up to?"
"Come with me and I'll show you" he replies holding out his hand.
I eye him suspiciously but take his hand anyway. He leads me out of the cafeteria and I follow him all the way outside. We walk past the football field and track and all the way to the doors of the locker room.
"What are we doing here?" I ask looking up at him. He brings my hand up to his lips and kisses it with a big smile. I don't think I've ever seen him smile this hard.
He steps behind me and places his hands over my eyes and I let out a small giggle.
"Logan what are you doing?" I chuckle placing my hands over his for balance.
He doesn't answer me so I just have to be patient I guess. I hear the doors to the locker room creak open before he nudges me from behind a little signaling me to walk.
We walk inside and after taking a few steps he nudges me to the right so I pivot a little turning to the side.
"Okay you ready?"
"Yeah" I reply doing a small dance where I'm standing to try and get him to drop his hands from my eyes.
He chuckles and removes his hands. I open my eyes and look around the locker room, but I don't see anything just the regular walls, benches, and lockers. We're in the boys locker room.
