Legends Never Die

"So how long does it normally take them to show up? Are they  fashionable late or something?"

Me and the team were at the air field waiting for the Legends. I had Cisco using a drone live streaming the whole thing back to the lab for Thawne, because why not. I'm petty, I know but he very much deserves it, especially after everything he's done.

"Shouldn't be too long now." Caitlin scanned the field.
Suddenly we heard Cisco laughing. We had recently installed zero gravity compacitors under Thawne's cell, thanks to Ray Palmer and Lena Luthor. I looked at the tablet with the live security feed Cisco was holding and saw Thawne trying his best to stay on his feet but failing, quite badly, due to the fact Cisco kept turning the zero gravity on and off.

"Okay, come on, stop, he's had enough punishment to last a lifetime."

He looks at me and does it one more time for good measure, we hear Thawne shouting strings of insults and threats to whomever was currently controlling the Zero gravity.
"Who knew Cisco Ramon had a brat instead of him?!" I said laughing, elbowing the now blushing Cisco.

"They're here!"

We look to see the giant ship that is the Waverider land, the door open, and out steps the Legends.

"Sup, losers!"

I laugh as Sarah Lance walks up with the Legends. We all shake hands, some of us exchanging hugs, and laughing at the now floating Reverse flash only to watch his look of panic and shock as he hits the floor one last time for good measure.

I look over to see John Constantine eyeing me, I wink in his direction, and turn to Cisco and the rest of team Flash,  minus Barry who was with Jay Garrick.

"I guess this is goodbye for now. Be nice to him, Alright? He may be an insufferable asshat, but he's still human, just don't give him Big Belly Burger all the time. Oh and also..."

I'm cut off by a blur of white running in. It was Godspeed. He was about to run into the Waverider when I lifted my hand and blasted a time freezing pulse at him.

"Go! Get to the Waverider! I've got this!"

I yell at the Legends.

"We're not leaving you!" yells Ray.

"Damnit, just go Ray!"

I portal Ray back onto the ship, just as Godspeed breaks free of the pulse.
We dart around fighting, punching and kicking each other, suddenly he lands a well aimed punch across my jaw. I stubble and hit the ground twice, skidding across. I heard Cisco shout my name as I get up.

"LEGENDS NEVER DIE!"

I charge weakly at Godspeed, only to get a punch to my gut, breaking several ribs, lifting me off the ground by one arm.
"I am the fastest speedster alive."
Godspeed's distorted voice sneers, then with the sound of breaking bones, he smashes his fist into my back, I open my mouth in a silent scream.

"NO!" I hear Cisco yell.

Suddenly I wasn't at the field anymore, I was in the bunker, in the room where Reverse Flash was, and to my surprise so was Barry.

"Kymina!"

"Try protecting your precious friends now, Time Bender."

Godspeed tosses me at the glass were Reverse flash is, I let out a high pitched gasp when I hit the thick glass.

"Mina! NO!"

I look up to see Godspeed get chased out of the lab by Barry.

"Hey, hey, stay with me, Mina."

I look the other way to see Thawne crouching near the glass, his hands against it.

"Guess I kinda deserved that, huh?"

"No, no I would never want anything like this to happen to you."

"Hehe, ow, mmmm, I feel so tired."

"Hey, hey, no don't close your eyes, Mina! Mina? MINA!?!"

My vision swims as I slowly lose consciousness. The last thing I see is Barry and Thawne looking at me in concern.
