Not All Sins Can Be Forgiven

My eyes widened.
No!

"THEY TRUSTED YOU!"

I hung there by my wrists, chained above my head as reality sunk in.
He's never going to stop hating Barry or the team. To think I believed his love for him would win. IDIOT
Silent tears rolled down my cheek as I tried to look anywhere but him.

"I trusted you."

Suddenly the lights turned back on, the rest of Legion had apparently fixed the generator or had a backup one somewhere. Shadow still made no move to come forward but I did hear a quiet, 'I'm sorry' from him.
I could feel Thawne reach out to wipe my tears away.

"Don't!"

I leaned my head away from him.

"You lost the right to touch me when you betrayed my trust, again. Not all sins can be forgiven, Eobard."

Suddenly I felt him reach up and undone the chains holding me up by my arms. At this time my legs had turned to jelly and my arms had become too weak to fight back. Before I hit the floor he caught me, holding me close, my head leaning against his chest, I could hear his breath and the fast rhythm of his heartbeat. I felt my eyelids grow heavy, I hadn't realized how tired I was.

"One of you, doesn't matter which one, go grab a blanket, as well as one or two body pillows. She needs rest. You idiots might not have noticed, but she is constantly on the verge of dying and if you have, well, be glad I'm not in the mood to kill idiots today."

I felt rather then saw Shadow vanish. I watched as Murmur gets off the floor takes one look at Reverse Flash  and heads to the main room. I hear voices arguing down the hall and various footsteps heading towards the room we're in. I barely am aware of Shadow returning, all I hear is the soft sound of pillows being placed on the floor and Shadow handing Eobard the blanket he brought back from who knows where. The last thing I'm aware of is being placed on the pillows and the blanket being gently tossed over me before I lose consciousness.

I watched as Kymina gently fell asleep. You truly are a loyal hero to have been that exhausted and not give up your secrets, Kymina. If only there were more heroes like you.

I looked up at the rest of the Legion. Luthor looked at me with wide eyes as he suddenly realized who I was. he took a step back in fear.

"It's you."

I nodded.

"Yes. Now, I'm going to say this once, and only once, I am the new leader of this Legion. You will do as I say, or, you will die. Do I make myself clear?"

I watched as the rest of the villains all took a step back away from Luthor as he looked around at them.

"Alright so what's our next move?"

I smiled a smug smirk as Luthor bent to my will. No doubt he'll try to find a way to double cross me later, but I'll come to that bridge when I get there.

"We figure out if the heroes have realized I'm not returning anytime soon with their precious TimeBender. Then go from there."

I look at Shadow and he nodded, moving back into the shadows, then vanishing altogether.

I look at the rest of the Legion.

"Do the rest of have any skills that can add us against us or are all of you just mindless idiots?"

They made themselves scarce except for Luthor.

"What do you need me to do, Mr. Thawne?"

I look back at Kymina peaceful sleeping. Suddenly she started to thrash. I raced over, pulled a dream inhibitor bracelet out, and placed it around her left wrist. She stopped thrashing in a matter of minutes, sleeping peacefully all over again.

"Keep an eye on her,  I'm going to go do some research on her condition and perhaps find a way to stop her from getting worse."

I quickly lean down, placing a gentle kiss on her forehead. Sleep well my lovely Mina.

3 hours later

I wake up to find Luthor carefully and quietly removing my dampeners. He looks up when he hears me stir, putting a finger to his lips shushing me, shaking his head indicating not to make a sound. I nodded in response, unsure how me being freed helped him in any way.
I look around and quickly phased through the shackles around my ankles.

"Thank you, I'm guessing I owe you a favor?"

"Yes, you do, but first take this drive back to the heroes. It's a copy of all our plans. And Kymina?"

I look over at him as he hands me my equipment.

"Yeah?"

"Fight like the lives of others depend on it."

I nodded, quickly slamming my head into his than knocking him unconscious.

"We can't have you looking like you let me go, be seeing you, Luthor."

I sped out of there, the alarms going off as I escape, knowing full well Eobard was gonna be one outraged speedster.
