Eve sat in a hospital room. The strong aroma of disinfectants attacked her nose, making her squirm uncomfortably. Beeping noises coming from the heart monitor raised her anxiety. Shadows cast from the nurses and doctors walking back and forth unhinged her. Ever since the attack back in the other hospital that left a crucial eye witness and multiple nurses slashed to death, she could not help but feel wary about her surroundings.

Across the room, a boy was laid on the hospital bed with an oxygen mask placed on his mouth, pumping oxygen to aid his severely damaged lungs.

A blonde woman sat next to Eve. "Ho visto una donna bionda nel mio vestito blu," the woman explained to Eve. The woman had dark bags under her eyes and Eve couldn't blame her for not getting any sleep. Almost all of her family was murdered except for her.

"She said she saw a blonde woman wearing her blue dress," a man translated in English for Eve.

"C'era anche una donna con i capelli castani. Entrò nella villa con Dimitri." The man explained to Eve that she saw another woman but with long brown hair walking in the villa with Dimitri. There was not one but two women involved in this. Perhaps they work with the same organization?

The woman then goes on to say how one of the security guards found Dimitri and Davide in the same room. Dimitri was already dead before the guard arrived and Davide was still hanging on to life. Davide continuously coughed up blood on the way to the hospital, but thankfully the doctors saved him in time.

During surgery, they discovered microscopic diamonds deeply embedded in the tissues of his lungs. She read somewhere that because diamonds were the hardest substance on Earth, their edges are capable of cutting through something for microscopy down to forty nanometers or less. For reference, a virus is twenty to three hundred nanometers. She couldn't imagine the pain of having hundreds of minuscule diamond shards in a body system. The doctors explained that he would have died from pulmonary hemorrhaging if they found him any later.

"Nonna," a cracky child-like voice called out. All eyes in the room suddenly flew on the supposedly sleeping boy. The woman cried in joy at the sight of her grandson waking up. Eve smiled at the reunion but she can't help but feel uneasy. The hospital must have been taking a toll on her mental state. She wanted to get out of the hospital as soon as possible but she needed to ask a few questions first.

The woman remembering Eve looked at her and turned back to tell the boy something in Italian. The boy whispered something back to his grandmother.

"Prima vuole il cibo," she stated to the translator. The translator told Eve and she sighed. She didn't want anyone leaving the room for a long time because she remembered what happened last time when she did.

Poking a head outside, Eve spotted the strawberry blonde woman in a doctor's uniform and signaled her over. The strawberry blonde's perfect curls tauntingly bounced up and down as she walked towards Eve. She looked at the tag on the uniform that reads 'assistant physician.' "Yes?" she drawled in a bored tone.
