-Kaisa-

It's decided that Levi and I would be with Commander Erwin within the city in a carriage to observe the plan from a distance. This way, Levi and I would be able to observe the events without putting ourselves in danger or strain our bodies too much. Frankly, I'm not sure it's the best idea to have the top two soldiers distant from action, but I can see where the concern lies. It's here I realise the one flaw with my outfit.

I'm wearing a dress.

How the fuck am I supposed to fly through the air without being self conscious? I guess the straps on the gear would be sufficient to keep the bottom from flowing up with the air, but even then, I guess the assumption would be that I wouldn't need to engage with my ODM gear.

"Whatever you're stressing about, stop it. It's making me anxious." Levi's words are laced with irritation.

I guess even Humanity's Strongest gets anxious—he's just better at hiding it than everyone else.

"Sorry..." I mumble the apology.

Although this plan is relatively solid in theory, I can't find the circumstance in which it would genuinely play out as planned. We know for a fact that Leonhart is well acquainted with her titan abilities considering how quickly she was able to focus on which part of her body she regenerates. Moreover, she's aware of her weak spots and knows how to protect them whether it be through her hands or her hardening techniques. This entire thing just doesn't make sense, we're not even evacuating citizens in the unfortunate circumstance that everything goes wrong or off-script.

"Commander, do you genuinely believe Leonhart is going to follow through with the plan? She can't be that unaware of her surroundings and she's probably aware of her deficiency in the dark." I speak my thoughts.

"No, I don't think that Leonhart will follow the three young soldiers. In fact, the best case scenario would be to corner her into either following them into the cave or to restrain her before she realises that soldiers are camped on rooftops waiting for her actions." He answers.

"You shouldn't underestimate her; she's not stupid, she'll definitely notice the convenience of the situation." I cross my arms, subconsciously leaning into Levi. He shoots me a quick glance before looking back at Erwin.

"Remember she's still only a suspect, nothing about her identity is confirmed so we can't do anything that would infringe on those rights. We're trying to expose her identity—that's the goal of today's plan. Any preparations can be made afterwards once we've confirmed her as a titan, but until then, we're just watching." He answers.

"He's right, Kaisa. We can't just arrest her." Levi agrees.

"No. The both of you are misunderstanding me. My concern isn't whether or not Leonhart is willing to comply with the different requests we give her; my issue is solely in regard to the citizens who will be caught in the crossfire in the possibility that something we don't expect happens. We didn't discuss any precautions concerning the innocent people who are going to die at our lack of preparation." I state.

"This entire plan assumes she doesn't resist which we know is not going to happen when we review her previous actions—she has no issue killing those who get in her way. If this does happen, what're we supposed to tell the government? 'Oops! Sorry about the deaths we caused, but at least we know for sure!'?" I challenge.

"I'll take responsibility for any casualties. This isn't your place to be talking about certain preparations, Kaisa." Erwin ends the conversation. I glare at the commander, letting the conversation go willingly even though this entire plan is faulty in every way possible in practice.
