ABOUT A WEEK OR SO AFTER DITCHING GLEE CLUB, finn's anger had dialed down. he even started giving me rides to school again.

i felt bad that i had betrayed him but at the same time, my popularity has been through the roof. i wouldn't risk that for anyone. no matter who.

at 6:50 finn finally pulls his truck into one of the parking spots in front of mckinley high school

i see mr schue get out of his car and start walking towards a few glee club kids. i take this as a reason to run into school, leaving finn in the dust and causing my pleated cheerios skirt to pull a marilyn monroe.

i pray no one saw my red bloomers that peeked out of the bottom of my skirt. i get over to my locker to take my first period binders out and into my backpack.

"hey dani" quinn says, walking over to her locker "excited for history?"

"yeah right, snooze fest" i laugh

the bell rings which sends everyone to class. i follow quinn and santana walks behind me, we always end up together in a cluster.

mr schuester in seen in the hallway with ms pillsbury.

"get a room" santana snaps at the teachers

"ms sylvester would like to see you in her office" quinn informs mr schue in a degrading tone. i keep my head down and continue walking "she doesn't like to be kept waiting"

HISTORY IS BORING AS USUAL. literally just sitting and taking notes the whole hour block.

instead of sitting and staring at a wall while quinn copies my notes, i take a "bathroom break"

the old man teaching the class nods his head when i ask him to be excused.

i stroll out into the hallway but i stop in my tracks when i hear- what i assume is- the glee club

i walk past the door of the choir room so i can see in but they can't see me and mr schue is going full fledge rapping insanely. i try not to laugh too hard, as i don't want anyone to see me looking in, but not only is he rapping but DANCING TOO.

the other members copy his dance moves and i can't help but smirk.

my eyes wander over towards finn and for a second we make eye contact. i realize what just happened- that finn saw me spying on the glee club- and i'm humiliated. i run back to the history classroom i came from. sitting and taking notes kills me, but it's better than being questioned why i was spying on the group of losers.

a few periods later, i head to my locker again and finn makes a surprise appearance.

"how's glee club going?" i ask, still facing my locker as finn leans up against the red steel facing me

"it's- it's going alright i guess" he stuffs his hands in his letterman jacket pockets "they're forcing us to sing at the pep rally on friday" he rolls his eyes

"wow, are you serious?" i say, closing the locker and turning towards finn

"i wish i wasn't" he chuckles

AFTER SCHOOL, i head to the classroom full of cheerios and sit down between quinn and santana

"glad you could make it, dani" quinn says sarcastically. "anyways, we want to welcome our new member. rachel whatshername" q rolls her eyes at the brunette

"when do the boys come in?" rachel asks

"in the other room, first we discuss and then we come together to share our faith" quinn shoots daggers at the poor girl
