Meanwhile, Logan and Virgil were still arguing. "I simply do not understand this personal vendetta you have against me Virgil" "Because you aren't trustworthy! You're hiding something big!" "And? Don't we all have things we hide, I think you of all sides should know that" Virgil snarled, before he yelled angrily. "BECAUSE YOU DID SOMETHING WITH LOGAN" Logos stood stock still before he regained his composure. "This again? As I told you-" "No!" Virgil interjected" "Even if you do represent Logic, which I doubt, nothing about your 'origin story' makes sense!" Logos smiled and cocked an eyebrow, "how so?" Logos encouraged. Remus, Janus, and he had been placing bets on who would deduce his true past first. He had predicted Virgil while Remus had guessed Patton and Janus had pegged Roman as the most likely suspect. Virgil seemed surprised at Logos' reaction but nevertheless continued. "Okay well first of all you said that you were born or whatever when Logan died but you knew all of our names." "Couldn't I have found that out from Remus or Janus?" Logos countered. "I mean you could of BUT you started talking about specific things Logan had told us in the past and if Logan was 'long gone before' you arrived then you couldn't possibly know that" The other two sides and Thomas looked shocked. "However, your biggest mistake Logos is that you're wearing Logan's tie!" The others gasped while Logos' face paled. He had honestly forgotten about the tie, it was an act of nostalgia that Logos has kept it. That was foolish. He honestly had planned on just denying Virgil's claims, he hadn't wanted the others to know, but that would be a lot harder with the darned tie. Virgil looked triumphant. "So," Logos started, his mouth was suddenly dry. "What is your conclusion then?" "You've kidnapped Logan and you aren't who you say you are! You're wearing his tie as some sort of sick trophy!" Logos could have laughed if the situation hadn't been so dire. Virgil had literally laid out all the evidence, and that was the conclusion he came to? 'Do you know what? Screw it' Logos thought before he started dying laughing. In retrospect, laughing was probably not the best reaction as the others took it as confirmation. "You monster" Patton gasped. "Tell us who you really are and what you've done with Logan!" Thomas shouted followed by Virgil saying, "Yeah, you better give him back before princey breaks out his sword! Yo, Princey?" To everyone's surprise Roman did not have his sword out or anything dramatic of the sort. He was looking at the floor, before he looked at the still laughing Logos square in the eye and said "No." Roman's response sobered Logos up really quick. "We jumped to a conclusion," there was a pause, "didn't we Teach?" The silence that followed was heavy and short lived. "What, What... what do you mean Roman, that's a nickname for Logan" Patton said, a pitch too high. "Whaaaaaaatttt" Thomas said while Virgil was frozen on the spot. Logos nervously adjusted his tie. Of all the sides, it was Roman that made the connection? If he got out of this situation alive, Janus was never going to let him live this down. "My only question is, why did you do it, Logan?" To Logos' surprise, then annoyance, the others reactions were positive. "Logan! Omg how could I have missed it, of course it's you my kiddo, I've missed you so much!" "Logan, dude, you scared me so much" Logos tried to speak, to tell them to stop calling him-"Logan! You can come back now, you've proved your point" "I'm sorry you had to spend time with them" Logos clutched his head, it was too much, he couldn't deal with this right now, he needed them to...to...to, "BE QUIET!"
