KateLynn's POV:
"Blue? Or should we just go with blacks and greys?" "No! Not those shoes, they don't match!"
This is all I have been hearing since we got home. I brought in Lacy and Ali along with Maggie of course. I mean, I had NO idea as to how I should do my make up or fix my hair or anything really. I'm going to the party of the year with Zayn Warren! I'm so happy! But I still wanna get back at Maggie. Let's see, what can I do to get under her skin?
"So Mags, I heard you like Brandon?" I asked, already knowing the answer. "Uhm duh! Where have you been?" She asked rhetorically. "Oh wait! You've been off in your own little world! Dreaming of Zayn!" She announced like she had forgotten while brushing the tangles out of my hair. "Shut up! So maybe I have dreamt of doing specific things with him, involving no clothes..." I say smiling sheepishly. "EW! Kate, that's like my brother you're talking about! Have some respect!" Maggie yelled at me while Ali and Lacy made gagging noises and my giggles filled the room. "I'm kidding you guys!" I told them as they each took a deep breath "It wasn't a dream!" I said winking and wiggling my eyebrows. High pitched girl screams mixed with laughter erupted from my room. "That's SO not funny KateLynn!" They hollered in unison. "Yes it is." I told them calmly. "Ok, but seriously, what shoes are you gonna wear?" Lacy asked, sounding exhausted.
An hour and a half later, and we were all dressed and prettied up. Maggie looked cute and innocent (which she's not!) in a striped sweater and denim skirt, Lacy looked amazing wearing a red dress and her contacts. As for Ali, she looked wonderful in a pale pink blouse with a black skirt. I was wearing Maggie's creation; a blue and black striped sequined knee length dress. My hair was curled and my makeup looked awesome (thanks to Lacy). We were ready to party.
"You texted Alyssa, right?" Asked Maggie as Lacy, the most responsible one, drove us to the house. "Yes, she said she had it all under control." I told Maggie, texting in a response to Kristin, mine and Lacy's friend. "Oh and Lacy? Kristi says she's there too." I told our driver. "Good! That means I won't be the only one NOT drinking tonight." She said, putting emphasis on the word "not." We all rolled our eyes as Ali said, "Just because we like to have fun once in a while, doesn't mean anything!" Lacy only sighed as I turned up the radio, ridding us of having to talk.
