You were at Hot Topic, picking up a couple new shirts because a few of yours had gotten old and died on you. The store was mostly empty, which you liked. After a while, you had noticed there were a few guys hanging around and watching you. You were a pretty cautious person, so you carried pepper-spray with you wherever you went, just in case.
You moved to a different section of the store, and not surprisingly, the two men followed you. You were beginning to panic internally. One of them walked to the from of the store, standing near the door.
You were trying to figure out a way to get out of there when you felt a hand on your shoulder. You jumped from the adrenaline running through your body and quickly spun around, coming face to face with a man. Well, face to chest. He was really tall, had black hair, blue eyes, and a lip ring.
"Are you okay?" He asked.
You nodded and glanced at the man who was following you.
"I'm Andy." He said, following your gaze.
"(Y/N). Nice to meet you."
Another two men walked up and joined your conversation. You tried to step back but Andy touched your arm, reassuring you that they were with him.
"This is Jake and Ashley. They're not gonna hurt you." He said, pointing at Jake and Ashley.
You waved slightly before being addressed by Ashley.
"You realize there's two guys following you, right?" He asked.
"Uh...yeah."
You pulled the pepper-spray out of your pocket slightly so they could see before sliding it back into place.
"Awesome!" Ashley whisper-yelled.
"Do you mind if we stay with you for a bit anyway? Just until they fuck off?" Jake asked.
"Yeah that would be great. Thank you guys so much." You said, a huge weight being lifted off your chest.
"Okay so, that guy over there with the long hair and bandanna is Cc. And the short one with the vest is Jinxx. They're both with us too." Andy said, pointing to each of the guys.
"Just stay with one of us while you're still in here, okay?" Ashley asked.
You nodded and followed the three guys to meet the other two. They were both caught up and were happy to help. You hung with Ashley for a few minutes while he looked at some of the shirts, keeping a close eye on the guys, who were still lurking nearby.
"What bands are you into?" He asked, trying to make conversation.
"Uh...My Chemical Romance, Panic! At the Disco, Sleeping With Sirens. Stuff like that."
"Nice! Ever heard of Black Veil Brides?" He asked.
"Yeah. But it was a while ago and I wasn't really into most of the songs. I like a few though. I don't know the members or anything like that." You said, beginning to feel more comfortable.
"You should check them out again." He laughed and winked at me.
Then, everything clicked in your head. They were Black Veil Brides. You thought about how many girls would love to be in this situation right now and laughed to yourself.
"Maybe I will." You said, walking back over to Andy, who was nearby.
"Hey. Ashley's not bugging you is he?" He asked.
You shook your head no and walked over to the jewelry section with Andy. You all had eventually finished browsing and all met up again. You got in line to pay, the guys keeping a close eye on you and eventually getting in line behind you. When you were done, you waited near the register for the rest of the guys to pay.
"Can we walk you to your car?" Jinxx asked.
"Please." You responded.
The guys moved so you were sort of in the middle of the group as you walked out of the store, past the creeps. Once you had got to the parking lot, they relaxed a little and followed you to your car.
"So...since I was clueless when you first came up to me, were you ever planning to tell me you were Black Veil Brides?" You asked.
"Nah." Ashley said. "You'd have figured it out eventually."
You all laughed and eventually got to your can, unlocking the trunk and throwing your bag in. When you turned back around, Andy handed you a little piece of paper.
"Please text us when you get home. Just to make sure everything's okay." He said.
"I will. Thank you guys so much. I was freaking out when I noticed those guys in the store." You said.
"We didn't want to just stand there when we were able to help you." Jake said.
"You don't have to keep thanking us." Cc said, laughing a little.
"I know. I'm just so thankful." You answered.
"Well...drive safe." Andy said eventually ending the conversation.
"Thanks...again." You laughed.
The guys all said goodbye and headed off to their own car as you drove home. The second you walked through the door, you put Andy's number in your phone and texted him that you were okay.
