I woke up. Jeez, i'm so late. I had shower, put on something, Gosh...... I went down and drove to school. When I got to school, everyone started looking at me and even made way for me. I barged into class.
"Miss Nelson...."
"I'm so sorry, I'm so sorry. Please I won't do that again!!" I begged.
"Well, you must sure have a lot of things in your plate as vice president, so I'll let you off the hook!!" She said.
"Oh thank you Mrs. Shadow!!" I said.
"Oh and I hope all is well?" She asked.
"Oh yes."
I sat beside Cin and she looked at me and Shaked her head.
"You know, I might not be the best when it comes to fashion stuff, but I do know that outfit is a no-no!!" She said.
"What do you mean?" I asked.
I looked down to see black sweatshirt, my lemon pajamas pants. Black flats on my left leg and black sneaker in my right leg.
"At least I got the color right!!" I said. She gave me a 'are you serious?' look and I shrug.

"God I hate today!!" I said.
I was changing to black crazy jeans and removed the shoes and wore white sneakers. I went out and opened my locker shoving my books in.
"Whoa, are you okay?" Zach asked me.
"No, I confessed to Jace last night and..... He said no." I replied.
"Oh..... Come here!!" He said and hugged me.
"Thanks. I really needed that." I said and pulled away.
"My pleasure. So my guts tells me you are not going to the cafeteria!!" He said.
"Isn't it obvious? How can I face him?" I asked him.
"I'll bring you lunch!!" He replied.
"You're a darling!!" I said.
"Anytime. Just be okay k?" He asked.
"Yes dad!!" I said and we both giggled.
"I thought I was dad!!" I heard James voice.
"Jealous hnn."
"More than I can ever be. Excuse us Zach!!" James said.
"K....., I'll bring you lunch!!" He said and left.
"What happened Beth?" He asked putting his hands round my shoulders.
"James!!" I cried as he hugged me. He's the only one I could cry on. The only person I could pour out my feelings too. We got to my office and he handed me a tissue.
"What happened?" He asked. I blew my nose.
"I told Jace I liked him. And...., And he kinda said no." I replied.
"Ouch, that must have really hurt!!" He said.
"Yeah, I..... I feel angry and sad at the same time." I said.
"I know that feeling Beth. And I'm sorry. It's just, what baffles me is that I know Jace likes........"
"Don't. I don't wanna think about him right now!!" I said
"It's okay honey. It's okay. I'm right here for you!!" He said and hugged me.
"I know!!"
