Chapter 24.

After chatting with Jace for what I think five minutes, Eliza knocked on the door and informed us that Ian's gone!! So we went out and we all sat on the couch. Except for Eliza, she's sitting on the other couch.

"So..... What exactly do you have with Ian?" Eliza asked him. Jace was holding my hand and he felt tense.

"Well..... Nothing really important!!" He said.

"Then why are you running away from..... Am I being too nosy?" She asked him.

"Nah. I'm actually sorry for running away. I just don't want to meet him!!" He said and Eliza nod.

"Okay. So.... We're changing sleeping arrangements!! My friend Sara is coming for a sleepover at my place. So since you and Lizabeth are friends. You can share right?" She asked.

"Yeah. We can!!" Jace said and winked me.

I rolled my eyes and blushed replaying the make out we had. God knows this guy turns me to a bitch. 

"Nice. She's gonna be here in a minute!!" She said and I sighed. This is gonna be a long Thanksgiving.

After chatting about  movies. I can't believe Eliza loves sports too. The bell rang rang and everyone turned to look at the door. Eliza jumped up and opened the door. Then a tall girl. She's black, with piercings on her nose, her ear, upper ear and inside where the two spaces of air are separated. She has braids on and she's hot. I'll give her that. Wearing black pants and blue crop top.

"Check that girl out man." Jace said. I punched him playfully.

Then I remembered he isn't mine. A tiny little aching in my heart followed.

"Geez, I'm sorry I came late Eliza, my uncle made me work overtime..... Again!!" She said.

"Well, he finally released you!!" Eliza said.

"Yah..... I'm......" She stopped when she saw me, then moved to Jace. Jace put on his killer smile on!! Urgh!!

"Oh, Sara, this is Elizabeth, my sister. And Jace, her....." She looked at me.

"Friends!!" I said though I knew i felt somehow.

A bad side of me said friends with benefits. It's true anyway.

"Thanks, just like ma girl said. I'm Sara." She said. Jace stood up and stretched his hands towards her.

"It's nice to meet you." He said putting on his charming smile. Jerk!!

"Me too!!" She said and gave him an high five. Jace smiled and winked her. And walked to the kitchen.

"One word. Hot!!" She said.

Get away from my man!! I wanted to yell at her. But I just kept quiet.

"And girl, you're pretty." Sara told me and sat beside me.

"I'm not that pretty." I said and shrug .

"Oh God, you are girl. There's something about you that just shows 'awesome!!' She said and went in. I looked at Eliza.

"She's a monster." I told her.

"Awwn. She's nice!!" Eliza said.

"That's why she's a monster." I told her. She smiled.

"She's not gonna steal your man." She told me.

"He's not my man." I muttered.

"Then who exactly is he? A guy who's not your friend but must not be dated?" She asked me.

"Just leave me alone." I said and stood up and went to the kitchen to see Jace giving her coffee. Urgh!!

"Thanks dear!!" She said. Dear? I rolled my eyes and went in.
