I haven't seen the twins or had a decent conversation with Shary since the day I mentioned them to Shary, and that was about three weeks ago.
I kept trying to go to the basement but I couldn't bring myself to it. I had a bit of guilt that I dont know where it came from. I kept trying to talk to Shary to and apologise, she would say she's forgiven me but her actions said otherwise. She kept ignoring me in the and stopped hugging or kissing me.
I tried sending and writing little note letters, buying her gifts and even cooking for her but nothing seemed to work. So I tried to talk to her again.
She was sitting in her room, watching something on her laptop. I peeked my head through her door and made a small knock, asking if I could get in.
"Sure Sam you can come in." She said. Sam? She's never called me Sam, it's usually 'hunny or 'sweattie'.
"Hey uh can we talk?" I asked her.
She sighed. "Not this again"
"Look I'm truly sorry about what I did, I wasn't thinking okay. I just wanted you to open up to me about your kids, that you claimed you didn't have." I said sitting on the bed next to her.
"By claiming they're alive? Well thats a good way to start an opening up relationship." She said scoffing.
"I said I was sorry! I just wanted to bond more and tell each other our deepest secrets, but one thing led to another and I found myself claiming they were in the basement." I said frowning.
"It's okay sweetie I forgive you, for real this time." She said smiling and pulled me in for a hug.
I was glad I finally cleaned that up. Now I just had to talk to the twins and tell them everything. And also ask a few other questions.

After two days since the relieving talk with Shary, I finally gained the courage to talk to the twins. Shary was at work and I was bored late, so I decided that this would be a good time to talk to them.
I went downstairs to the basement and got in. It was peach black. I usually would see a green light by the time I closed the door but nothing was there. I blindly walked around with my hands swaying calling out for them.
A cold rough hand grabbed my shoulder and I jumped in fright. 5he green light quickly came on and the twins were looking at me. This time O could see their faces perfectly. They were warm and cute just like their picture.
"You scared me." I said feeling my fast heart with my left hand.
"Sorry, it was Sabrina's idea." Justina said with a smile. She looked so innocent, and did I mention that she looked super cute.
We sat down around the fire and the awkwardness erupted again.
"Why do you live here?" I asked breaking the silence.
"It's our home." Justina said.
"No, your home us up there with your mother and real people." I said.
A frown quickly formed on their faces and a tear ran down on Sabrina's face. I've never seen her cry, I've seen Justina shed a tear and show signs of sofness here and there but I never expected Sabrina to be the one to cry.
"What's wrong?" I asked them.
"We can't..." Justina said. "We can't leave this place, non of us can."
"Why?" I asked.
"It's complicated." Sabrina said wiping her tears.
"Please tell me." I pleaded.
"We can't." Justina said
"Please" I pushed. "I promise I won't tell a single soul".
"She said no okay! I think it's time for you to leave." Sabrina shouted pointing to the door. I qanted to get the truth out of them but I alse didn't want to upset them so I got up and walked away. Another relationship ruined, I guess it's back to apologising again.
