Autumn's Wish

Chapter 10

I am so nervous to go on our first real date, minus the movies I thought to myself. I call put in my password to my phone '0808' then scroll through my contacts and I call Chandler. It rings for about twenty-three seconds then he answers.

"Hey, I was hoping you'd call." He says.

"I was wondering where we are going to eat?" I ask.

"Well, I was thinking." He pauses then continues. "My trailer." He says.

"Oh." I pause. That's different but different is good right? I take a seat on my couch and continue. "That sounds fun."

"Great, I know it's cheesy but I think you'll like it. I'll be there in fifteen minutes." He says.

"I'll see you then." I say then hang up.

At 7:25 P.M. Chandler knocks on my door and as I open the door he hands me roses.

"Aww, Chandler. That's so sweet of you." I say in awe.

"You like them? I didn't know what kind you would like." He says hesitantly.

"Like them? No. Love them? Yes!" I say and hug him tightly.

He smiles then intertwines his fingers with mine and we walk to his trailer. Outside smelled of cool air and rain. I lay my head on his shoulder as we walk.

When we arrive he opens the door for me, the food smells amazing. I walk in and there are rose pedals all over the floor and a table filled with amazing foods and calming music in the background. I take off my shoes and take a seat as he pulls out the chair for me.

"Thank you." I say politely.

"You're very welcome." He says in return.

"So." I say as I take a drink of my water. "I think we need nicknames." I say.

"Yeah." He says in agreement.

"Chairhandler." I say giggling.

"I like it." He says smiling. "Autio." He says laughing.

"Please." I say laughing.

"Fine, fine." He says and then starts to think. "I got it! Little Auti." He says with excitement.

"I love it." I say happily.
