WENDY'S POV

My alarm clock didn't have even two seconds to go off because I slammed my hand down to stop before it could get the chance. I woke up half an hour early to get ready because I was too energized with excitement. I wore a pale blue dress that went just above my ankles with a matching headband bow. :

My hair was in a side french braid:

I looked in my dressers mirror to check how I looked one more time. I only had lip gloss on because my check are naturally rosy and I think makeup is a stupid invention. It's too much. I went downstairs to the second floor while everyone was still sleeping, grabbed an apple, and wrote a note saying:

"Woke up early and finished everything I needed to do for school early so I also left early. ~W.A.M.D.  :)"

I set the note on the kitchen counter and went to the first floor while biting my apple. I grabbed my backpack and my phone. The time was now 7:30 am, they school was a five minute walk, and I was going to be early because the students needed to be there by 7:50 am. I headed out the door after finishing the apple and throwing the core away, before checking the time again. It was now 7:35 am. Still early. After I turned from the front door, surprisingly my eyes met with the boy next door's eyes. I quietly yelped in surprise. He just simply chuckled and apologized for startling me.

"I'm Peter. Peter Pan," he put out his hand "and you are..?"

"Sorry, I'm Wendy. Wendy Darling," I took his hand and we shock each others hand.

One of his eyebrows shot up. "Darling? Is that really your surname?"

Two can play that game

"Is Pan really yours?"

He stared at me for a second as we let go of each others hand.

"Touche, Darling. Touche."

I laughed. "Okay, okay. Yeah, yeah. Keep laughing. Anyways, you going to Neverland High?"

"How'd you know?"

"Well, it's the only high school around the area. The second closest high school is Wonderland High which is about an hour in walking distant away."

I nodded as we started walking. "True. These high schools have very unique names. I like it."

He laughed. "You really are something, Miss Darling."

"Why, thank you, Sir Pan," I said with a slight curtsy. He rolled his eyes playfully with a playful grin to match and mumbled, "Yup, really something...", which I giggled at. After a couple seconds of a silent walk he asked,

"Aren't you cold?"

"No, why?"

"Oh, I don't know. Maybe because you're wearing a dress with no sleeves on?! And it's also winter!!"

"Eh, I'm use to it. Always in the freezing AC's way."

"Okay then."

We got to the school and there were highschoolers every where. I looked up at the top at the sign that I said out loud.

"Neverland High"
