Peter dropped down off the balcony. "Nice to see you here, spandex," The person said as they turned around, revealing their full appearance. Not only did this person have full armor on, but the wrist guards had extendable swords, that could clearly flick out like a swiss army knife. "I know who you are," Peter called over. The figure smiled an all too familiar smile, cocking their head to the side. "You're Emily. Come home, your friend's miss you," He tried to reason with her, but she wasn't herself. She started to pace towards him, not running but not quite running either. Suddenly, with a swift motion, she flew one of the wings outwards in Peters direct, tossing sharp needles his way from the tips of the wings. Peter managed to flip out of the way, one of the needs just grazing him and slicing a part of one of the suit's arms open. He looked down at his exposed skin. "You don't know me," She said, nearly laughing, before making a run at him. He jumped to didge over her, while she used this as a chance to slide on her enclosed wings under him, allowing her to quickly get her feet once she had passed him. "I don't want to hurt you, Emily!" He shouted. "Then don't!" She yelled back, before turning to run for the other door at the end of the room. She was too slow, however, as Peter had tossed his webbing to that door too, stopping her from escaping. "Didn't you get one of those smoke bombs? Man, you're missing out on the party," He quipped. She just scoffed, before running at him again, with her wings open, using them as a leverage on the air to heighten her jump before landing right on top of him, pushing him backward, landing on his back. She began to throw punches at him, but he was quick enough to counter each attack and block his face from the heavy blows. That was until she pinned down each of his arms by the fabric of his suit with her sharp wings. "I wanna see the real spiderman," she said quietly while reaching to remove his mask.
She ripped it off, revealing his slightly beaten face and bloodied nose. The sight shocked her slightly, the Emily that he knew was still in there, otherwise, she would have carried on without any distraction. "Emily I know you see me!" Peter yelled. Her tighter furrowed expression dropped, nearly showing the real Emily. She shook her head and jumped backward off him. "I don't know you!" She grew angry. She runs to take another hit at him, but this time as she jumped, Peter webbed at one of her wings, causing her to come crashing down on her front. As soon as she landed, he webbed up her hands sprawled out in front of her, restricting her movement. "You know, I've fought someone with this kind of body enhancement before," Peter said, walking towards her, as she was clearly very frustrated. "And I know that this stuff is connected to your neurological system, so this might hurt a little," He stood over her, getting a tight grab on one of her wings and continued to pull. Hard. Her agonizing screams filled the room, wailing as each neurological cable snapped from the support on her back. It really pained him to do this, but he was running out of options. He'd never want to hurt her, especially this way. By the time he moved on to the second wing, she passed out from the pain, the room now a deathly silence, other than the cords snapping again.
He pitch-black, limp hands from the webbing, and called into Tony. "Mr, Stark, sorry about that, I was just helping a friend. Can I ask a favor?" He asked a sense of sorrow in his tone. "She's a bit, um, brainwashed... I guess. I need to lock her up somewhere secret and secure until she gets better, do you know anywhere?" Tony was quiet on the other end. "Bring her to the Avengers Tower, I got something set up already," He responded before hanging up the call. Peter slung her over one shoulder with one hand, and pulling a ceiling window open with webbing with the other, taking off into the sky. He got to the roof when he realized he still needed to call Yuri. "Hey Yuri, I-" He started before being cut off by her. "He swore to me you would tell me where the current came from..." She stated with frustration in her voice. "I know, I wanted to let you know I scouted the area and the demons are still there with the cash from the bank. There's not loads of them, so you're men should be able to handle it. I have something important I need to take care of so I'll catch you later," He explained. "I'll send you the details now," She sighed on the other end of the call. "Thanks, Spiderman. I'll call you if anything else comes up," before hanging up the call. He then proceeded to swing off through the sky with Emily over one shoulder, towards the Avengers Tower.
