"That's all for today folks! Hope you tune in next time for SPORTS!" The TV host warmly bid the watchers goodbye. I sigh and glance at Stan, who appeared to be looking around for the remote. A moment passes before I finally speak "T-thank-k you." It was quiet but got his attention. He snorts "no need to thank me, I'm only doing the bare minimum" Stan finds the remote tucked into his armchairs cushions and turns off the TV. "How about we go play my version of catch? It might not be real catch but... it'll be fun." He stands up smiles at me, "S-sure!" I spring up. "I'll go get the stuff, meet me outside" he walks off to find the stuff he needs. And I'm left alone. Now with no distractions my thought really start racing, Why was Stan being nice to me? I'm sure 'Ford' has told him all about me, Was he going to hand us all in? I force myself to calm down and go outside. Shortly after Stan appears holding two baseball bats with a single nail sticking out of them, and a ball. He explains the rules and we start to play. "No need to be worried, we haven't had any major injuries playing yet!" He jokes flashing a smile. I let myself smile back.
Whack! Stan hits the ball a little to hard and it sails over my head. Landing just outside of the force-field. "Dang, sorry kid. Didn't think it would go that high" "d-don't wor-rry, I'll-l just go get-t it" I respond trotting to the edge. "Maybe you shouldn't..." Stan starts to say, but I hold up a hand and quickly dash out reaching for the ball. I almost manage to grab it, when a cold hand is pressed into my shoulder. My head shoots up and I find myself looking Bill in the face. Bills grin widens, and he moves his hand to twist me around-

Then nothing.
