When Vyom Met Sonakshi

Vyom: Sonakshi is not the murderer.

He smiled rubbing his face in relief.

Rubina: Wh-What?!

Rohan: How can you say that?

Vyom ignores them and grabs a piece of paper and pen. He runs to custody room and burst in. Sonakshi was scared by his sudden arrival. She kept her hand on her heart.

Sonakshi: Tumi amake bhaya peyecha! ( you scared me)

Vyom rush towards her and put the pen and blank paper on the table.

Vyom: Miss. Basu, sign here.

Sonakshi stares at him blankly.

Vyom: Miss. Basu, jaldi.

Sonakshi: No, I can't just give my signature. Especially on blank paper.

Other officers arrived in the room.

Riya: What he is doing? (whispers)

Rehan: Autograph le raha hai! (whispers)

Rubina: Shut up.

Vyom forcibly handed her the pen in her right hand.

Vyom: Write anything. Naam likhiye mera.

Sonakshi: Kyu! Apko spelling nahi aati aapke naam ki.

Vyom: (desperately) Miss. Basu! Please.

Sonakshi: Tumi-

Vyom: Fir Tumi?

She cringe but takes the pen in her left hand and writes something.

Vyom sighs and smiles relief.

Sonakshi: Ye lijiye.

Without looking at the paper he slide it inside his pocket and takes her left hand in his. He examines her finger.

Sonakshi: Mr. Oberoi, kya kar rahe hai aap?

Sonakshi pulls her hand back.

Vyom: Ye ring kabse pehni hai apne.

Sonakshi: 6 saalo se.

Vyom: Utaar sakti hai isse?

Sonakshi: Ji nahi! Ye mere mom ki hai, jabse pehni hai tabse ab tak nahi utaari meine. I am not giving it you.

Vyom: OK calm down. Nahi maang raha ring mein. Ab ye batayiye ki aapke kapdo ki Kuch unique baat hai, anything specific.

Sonakshi thinks for a minute.

Sonakshi: Ha! Mere saare kapde specially hand stitched hote hai. Meri designer Catherine hai, she owns a small boutique. And unique baat ye hai ki mere saare kapdo ke inner side, on right shoulder mera naam embroidered hota hai.

Rubina: Saare kapdo par!?

Sonakshi: Ha. Ispar bhi hai. You can check all my clothes.

Riya checks the T-shirt Sonakshi was wearing right away.

Riya: She is right sir, it's there.

Vyom: Damn it Sonakshi, aap ye sab pehle nahi bata sakti thi. Ye aapki details kitni important hai pata hai apko?

Vyom helds her gaze and it was like they were just two of them in the room. Raj clears the throat. Vyom and Sonakshi breaks their eye contact. Vyom turns to leave and others scurried out of the room as well.
