When Vyom Met Sonakshi

Prosposal

Vyom, Sonakshi and Anurag was exhausted with shopping, so they decided to go for a lunch.

Sonakshi: I am never coming to shopping with you again.  (to Anurag)

Anurag just rolls his eyes.

Anurag: Tum hamesha yahi bolti ho, but hamesha ati ho.

Sonakshi: Aahh....thats because I am scared ki Bazaar mein kho jaoge tum.

Anurag stuck his tongue out at her, Vyom was jealous but somehow he also felt lighthearted. Sonakshi was such a kid inside, after a long time he saw her smiling. But still he was jealous. Anurag, Sonakshi shared their ice cream, Vyom instantly stood up feeling uneasy.

Vyom: Excuse me! 

He stormed into the washroom and stood in front of mirror.

Vyom: Mein pagal hojaunga aise, itni jealousy kyu ho rahi hai mujhe. I am just so jealous. Agar aise hi chalta raha toh Sonakshi ko meri feelings ke baare mein pata chal jaayega. I am not ready to confess. Ye dono jab saath honge, I should stay away from them. 

He calmed himself down and went out, he frowned when he saw they both were closely sitting and Anurag had some weird expression on his face. Their back was facing them, Vyom slowly approached and stop dead in tracks when he heard them talking.

Anurag: (takes a deep breath and looked at Sonakshi) I love you. I love you from the moment I met you. I am sure that I want to share the rest of my life with you. Will...will.. You marry me?

Vyom held his breath as Sonakshi lift her head and smiled Anurag.

Sonakshi: Yes I will you idiot.

They high five each other. Vyom felt as his heart was ripped apart, his mind was blank. He couldn't understand anything at all. He just knew soon he was going to shatter and that's when Sonakshi noticed him standing behind them and smiled at him.

Soankshi: Mr. Oberoi aap waha kyu khade hai, come s-

Vyom just turned around and left the restaurant. Sonakshi and Anurag glanced at each other.

Sonakshi: Inhe kya hua?

Anurag: Maybe important kaam hoga. Badmein puch Lena.

He hugs her.

Anurag: Thanks yaar, I love you. Tu nahi hoti toh mera kya hota.

Sonakshi smiles, but still she was thinking about Vyom.

Sonakshi: Aisa bhi kya important kaam hai, jo inhone mujhe kuch bataya bhi nahi. Hamesha toh bata ke jaate hai.

It was 11 pm and Sonakshi was pacing in living room with worried face and trying to call Vyom, his phone was switched off so she called Raj.

Sonakshi: Hello Raj?

Raj: Hii...Sonakshi! Mein ghar araha hu Vyom ko leke.

Sonakshi: Vyom tumhare saath hai?
(her voice was laced with concern)

Raj: Wo mere saath hai par...

Sonakshi: Par kya?

Raj: (she heard him sighing) He is very drunk. Like insanely drunk.

Sonakshi: Wh...what....why is he drunk so much?

Raj: I don't know....um... Maybe... Stress or something....waise wo bohot drunk hai if you want mein usse mere ghar le ja sakta hu. I ca-

Sonakshi: No (she cuts him off) Bring him right here.

Raj: Are you sure?

Sonakshi: Haa....I will handle him.
