When Vyom Met Sonakshi

Bijoy and Veer left later. Bijoy consoles Sonakshi before leaving. Vyom makes a cup of coffee and walked in her room. The room was dark and there was no sign of Sonakshi. He frowns and some noises caught his attention.

The voices led him to his bedroom. He saw Sonakshi sitting on the edge of his bed. He walked in and slowly sat beside her.

Vyom: Sonakshi i-

Sonakshi: What I am to you Vyom?

Vyom: What?

Sonakshi looked at him and Vyom stared in her eyes which was filled with questions.

Sonakshi: What I am to you?

Vyom: You are the woman I love. You are the reason of my breath.

Sonakshi: Then why I didn't knew about this?

Vyom didn't knew how to responsr do he kept silent.

Sonakshi: Kabse aap ye plan kar rahe the?

Vyom: Since a month, two months pehele I was offered the job. I accepted it two weeks ago.

Sonakshi: We are living together from four months. Aap apne life ka itna bada decision lene jaa rahe the. Why didn't you bothered to ask me? We are dating Vyom. I am your girlfriend. Humare parents aaaj hi mile hai aur....you revealed it today when you are about to leave.

Silence hungs between them.

Vyom: It's not something I can tell Sonakshi. RAW  are secret agents. Hum apni identity kabhi reveal nahi kar sakte. Infact I didn't wanted to tell you because.....because you can be in danger. You are a public figure. Half of the world knows you agar kisiko pata chala you are involved with me, you won't survive. Meine aaj bataya because hum bhale hi one week se date Kar rahe ho but....I know you from months. I can't keep you in dark. Wo confidential papers aapki safety ke liye hai.

Sonakshi: You should have told me sooner Vyom! Kyu mujhe aisa pata chala?

Vyom: Mein RAW join kar raha hu isse problem hai kya aapko?

Sonakshi: Not exactly. Mujhe ye problem hai ki I didn't knew about it. It's matter of your life aur mujhe nahi pata tha. I thought itna haq toh hai mera aapki zindagi par. Mujhe laga I know you better than anyone.... If we talk about RAW.....I am proud of you. I am so so soo proud of you. I hate you because I know aapka kaam kaisa hai. I don't know how I am going to manage it. But.... I will support you if this is what you really want.

Tears streamed down her face and Vyom wordlessly stared at her. He slowly slides down from the bed and sat on his knees in front of her.

Vyom: I can't tell you... how lucky I feel..to have you. I am honoured to love you Miss. Sonakshi Basu. I am sorry. I am so sorry, ki aapko meri wajah se ye position mein rehna padh raha hai. I am sorry that I hide it from you.  I am sorry that you will have to suffer. But I can't back off Sonakshi.

He brushed off her tears by his thumb.

Sonakshi: I am not asking you to.

Sonakshi fixed his collar and kept her hands on his shoulders.

Sonakshi: I am proud of you RAW agent Vyom Oberoi. I can't say that I  happy. I am not happy. I am so worried. I am so scared. I am scared that something will.... Gosh... I don't even want to think about it.

Again tears wells up in her eyes.

Vyom: Nothing will happen to me Sonakshi.

He holds her hands and kissed it tenderly.
