When Vyom Met Sonakshi

There a moment in your life when you are way beyond hurt and broken. You forget what to think, you forget how to breath, you forget how to talk.... Everything seems so cruel and you wished it to be dream. At that moment even if you don't believe in God, you kneels in front of him for that person whose name is engraved in your heart.

Vyom was in that moment, completely shattered sitting on the floor in front of operation room.

Rubina: Vyom uth, tujhe bhi first aid ki jaroorat hai.

Vyom was spacing out. He wasn't listening to any of the words spoken around him. Constant fear of losing her was unbearable, he was losing his mind but somehow managed to keep it together.

Rubina: Vy-

Raj caught her wrist and stops her.

Raj: (whispered) Let him be Rubina, even a single word can shatter him right now. Kuch mat bol.

Rubina looks at Vyom and sighs.

Rubina: He will lose his mind Raj if any fucking thing happened to her. He will lose himself completely.

Raj: She will be alright. I know she will be.

Rubina: Riya chopper leke bureau wapis gayi hai. Mr. Patel ko inform kiya hai situation ke baare mein. Rohan aur Raj Nitin ka hospital cell guard kar rahe hai.

Raj: He must have died goddammit!

Rubina: Uski almost full body bullet proof vest de protected thi. Basically sirf ek goli uske haath se chuke gayi jo Vyom ne chalai. Unfortunately he is complete fine, just some scratches and he is unconscious.

Doctor comes out after 2 hours. Vyom nearly jumps at him.

Vyom: So....Sonakshi ka...kaisi hai?

Doctor gives him a sympathetic look.

Doctor: Surgery is successful but.....unke lungs mein paani bhar gaya tha also she had many wounds all over her body, it seems like she is allergic to something.......blood loss ki wajah se.....she is in... Coma. Her condition is critical, we can't say anything right now. We have to watch her, how she progressed.....I am sorry.

Doctor pats Vyom's shoulder and walks away. Vyom stood frozen on the spot.

Raj: Vyom?

He didn't bulge, he didn't even blinked. Rubina and Raj were already in tears as they tried to keep their best friend alright.

Raj: Vyom?

Vyom turns and starts running.

Raj: Vyom! Vyom!

Rubina: Vyom! Kaha jaa raha hai!

Vyom ran upstairs towards Nitin's cell, Raj and Rubina follows him, continuously begging him to stop.

There was heavy security in corridor but none of them stops him, Rehan and Rohan was guarding, on the cell's door.

Rehan: Vyom tu ya-

He pushed him aside and barges in the room. Nitin was sitting on the bed. Vyom headed straight towards him, he grabbed his collar and pinned him down on the floor. Climbing in the top of him, he continuously threw punches at him. Rohan, Rehan, Rubina and Raj tried to take him off of Nitin, but at that moment Vyom was wild beast. He pushed everyone aside and continued to beat the shit out of him.

He abruptly stood and took out his gun, pointing at Nitin. Nitin was bleeding and trembling terribly as he crawled away from Vyom.

Raj: Vyom! Take it down now. Pagal mat ban!
