When Vyom Met Sonakshi

Truth

Vyom: Miss. Basu, aapko pata hai kiska baccha hai ye?

Sonakshi looked at him with pained eyes and pale face.

Vyom: Mr. Ashwin Khanna.

There was a pin drop silence in the room. Other officers just stared at Vyom as if he was an aliean. Sonakshi was staring at her fingers. Aisha was restless.

Vyom: Mr. Ashwin khanna ka affair apke saath tha Miss. Aisha. Yes or no?

Aisha: No, no. Nahi tha aisa kuch. Jhoot hai sab. Its bullshit. (she screams)

Aisha: Shut up! Just shut up. I was not begging to him. He wanted me. Just me. Wo aya tha mere paas, isse chodhkar( She pointed at Sonakshi) Isse nahi, mujhse pyaar karta tha wo.

Vyom smiled with satisfaction, his little trick made her confess this. Sonakshi didn't even looked at her. She was feeling disgusted to even see her.

Vyom: Aapki behen ke hone wale pati ke saath aapka affair tha, kabse?

Aisha stays silent. Vyom gestures Rubina. Rubina slaps Aisha.

Aisha: Iski keemat tum sabko chukaani padegi officers (she yelled)

Rubina slaps her once again.

Rubina: Look chup chap har ek sawaal ka jawab do. Kyuki hum 1 mahine se thikse soye nahi hai aur itna gussa araha haina mujhe ki I want to beat the shit out of you. So just say!

Rubina gave her a scary look looking at which Aisha nods.

Vyom: Kabse?

Aisha: Five months se.

Vyom: Batao apni kahani fir?

Aisha says nothing, Rubina again raises her hand.

Aisha: I am saying!

Rubina drops her hand.

Aisha: Mein college ke time se hi Ashwin se pyaar karti thi. Tab wo sirf Sonakshi ke aage piche ghumta tha. Hum ache friends the hi. Itne saalo se mein usse pyaar karti rahi par usne Kabhi mujhe dekha hi nahi. 6 mahino pehle usne achanak Sonakshi se engagement kar li. Sonakshi usse dur hi rehti thi. I knew she treated him as a friend and just a business partner. Ashwin isse pareshaan tha. Sonakshi usse physically bhi close ane nahi deti thi. Fir engagement ke one month baad wo achanak mere bandra wale flat mein aya.

Flashback

Door bell rings.

Aisha: Coming.

Aisha stops drying her hair and tossed the towel on the bed and opens the door. Ashwin was barely standing, with the bottle of vodka.

Aisha: Ashwin!

She immediately hold him.

Aisha: Tum yaha kya kar rahe ho! God why are you so drunk?

Ashwin clings on her as she carry him inside her house. And made him sit on the sofa and sat beside him. He lifts the bottle to drink but Aisha grabs it from his hand.

Aisha: Pagal ho gaye ho kya Ashwin! Already you are so drunk that you can't even stand.

Ashwin: Aisha (hiccups)

Aisha: Haa Ashwin bolo mein yahi hu.

He hugs her tightly. Aisha was stunned fkr a moment but hugs him back.
