When Vyom Met Sonakshi

Turning point

Everyone gathered on the dinning table and and uneasy silence hungs in the room.

Raj: Itni khamoshi bardash nahi ho rahi (whispered to Vyom)

Vyom: Toh Bhai tu kya chahta hai, jung shuru karu mein?

Rohan: Vyom aaj tu pithne wala hai.

Rehan: Ha, ye dono uncle tamatar ki tarah pisne wale hai tujhe.

Sonakshi: Tum teeno muh band rakho warna ghar ke bahar fekh dungi mein tumko.

Vyom: Sunna tum teeno ne?

Sonakshi: Apko bhi inke saath.

Vyom gave her a look.

Veer: Kya baatein ho rahi hai Bhai?

Raj coughs hysterically. Rubina keeps her mouth shut.

Rest of the meal was eaten in silence. Later Vyom's friends leaves and Vyom, Sonakshi, Bijoy and Veer was left alone in the living room.

Vyom: So uncle I would like to officially introduce myself.

Sonakshi just stares at him.

Vyom and Sonakshi looks at each other.

Vyom: Thankyou for coming in my life.

Sonakshi: Thankyou for being my life.

Bijoy: Ab dekho hum tum dono ke rishte ko manzoori dete hai par...

Veer: Par tum dono adult ho, dono famous personality ho. Specially Sonakshi you are international personality. Tum dono saath rahoge toh problems ho sakti hai tum dono ki person life aur professional life mein.

Bijoy: I agree. It's not that ki hum narrow minded hai. But still Vyom mein chahunga Soankshi wapis mere saath rehne ajaaye.

Sonakshi: Par Papa-

Vyom silenced her by sliding his hand in her's.

Vyom: I agree uncle. Case ka kuch hua nahi hai. Moreover guards 24/7 Sobakshi ke saath rehte hai. Mein aur meri team inke protection ke liye humesha hai. Sonakshi California se jab ayengi toh mein inhe aapke ghar chod aunga.

Three of them looks at him. Vyom looks at Sonakshi's frown face and takes a deep breath.

Vyom: It's ok Vyom. Chal bata de. Kabhi na kabhi toh batana padega.

Vyom: Meine Indian special force join ki hai.

He said very fast.

Bijoy: Wow ye toh khushi ki baat hai.

Veer: Ha beta, tujhe toh bachpan se join karni hai.

He stood and keep papers in front of them.

Vyom: Ye confidential papers hai, aap teeno ko sign karne hai. You can't talk about me to anyone.

Vyom looks at her and they keep staring at each other.

Vyom: Yes.

He said quietly.

Sonakshi: It's means you will be dealing with all dangerous events. Har waqt jab aap mission par jaaoge mujhe sochte rehna padega if I will see you again. Har waqt jab aap meri aankho ke saamne nahi rahoge mujhe sochte rehna padega ki aap kisiko goli maar rahe Ho ya kisi ki goli khaa rahe Ho.

Vyom stares at her as tears roll down her cheeks.

Bijoy stood and walk towards him. He hugs Vyom and pat his back.

Bijoy: I am proud of you.

Veer: First mission ke liye kab jaana hai tujhe?

Veer tried to hold back his tears.

Vyom: Aaj raat 3 baje.

He looks at Sonakshi and his hearts broke watching her shedding tears.

Vyom: Meri life ki koi guarantee nahi hai Sonakshi. Isiliye aaj mein ye bata raha hu. Aap apni life ki choice Kar sakti hai. If you want to stay with me or...

Sonakshi looks away from him and picked the pen with shaking hand. She hastily sign the papers. Without looking at him she turns and ran upstairs.

Vyom closed his eyes then looks at her retreating figure.

Vyom: I am sorry Sonakshi. But I love you.
