Chapter 3: Chloe

Chloe: Ricky?
Ricky: Chloe!! Come here! *I run up and kneel on the ground to hug you*
How was school today?
Chloe: Awesome! We started learning a new song in music class for our concert. Are you gonna come watch my concert?
Ricky: You know I will! I'll be right in the front cheering you on! Where's dad?
Chloe: Oh he's in the kitchen. Dad! Ricky's Home!
Mike: *walks in* Hey Ricky! How was school?
Ricky: It was fine. I had Ej drop me off. When are you and Jennifer heading to dinner?
Mike: Umm about 5. She wanted to try some new Italian place so I made a reservation. Do you and Chloe want to get a pizza?
Ricky: I can order it for us. *looks at Chloe* cheese team?
*I hold out my hand for a high five*
Chloe: *I give you a high five* Yay Pizza!
Ricky: *laughs* Hey Chloe, before dad and Jennifer leave I'm going to work on some homework. As soon as they leave through, we'll have our pizza date. Maybe you could pick out a movie.
Chloe: Okay Ricky. Can we watch Frozen?
Ricky: Sounds good! As soon as they leave, we'll start the movie. Do you wanna come with me to my room while I work?
Chloe: Are you going to be able to work with me in there?
Ricky: Yeah of course. If you have any homework this weekend, why don't you bring it upstairs with you and I could help you.
Chloe: Okay! I'm gonna grab my bag and then meet you upstairs.
Ricky: Okay, I'll be there *I go upstairs to the bathroom and take my contacts out and put my glasses on. Then I go in my room and sit on the bed*
Chloe: *I walk in* I'm here! What are you working on Ricky?
Ricky: Science stuff. Let me know if you need help with anything okay. Come sit by me.
Chloe: Okay *I sit next to you*
*we work for a bit*
Chloe: Ricky, I have a question.
Ricky: What's up?
Chloe: I need help on this problem. It's 12 x 11 and I'm having a difficult time figuring it out.
Ricky: Okay, there's two ways you can do this. So 1st is you can do 12 x 12 then just subtract 12 from it because it's only 11 x 12. And I know you know 12 x 12... easy right?
Chloe: It's 144 right?
Ricky: Right... so now take away 12... you can do it on your fingers.
Chloe: So that's....*I count on my fingers" 134, 133, 132! It's 132!
Ricky: Perfect! *I give you a high five* That's my clever clover!
Chole: That's me!
Ricky: But another way to think about it is to think that it's the number 12, 11 times or the number 11, 12 times.
Chloe: Woah that's so cool! I wish I was as smart as you
Ricky: *smiles* I bet you have higher grades then me though.
Chloe: But you're so smart! You even wear glasses!
Ricky: Glasses don't make me smart *laughs*. Wanna see what I'm learning about?
Chloe: Sure!

So, for example, if we lived in a perfect world with no friction or anything and you gave a toy car a small little push, it would just roll on and on forever and never stop because it's inertia keeps it moving.

Ricky: *laughs* Here, lets think about this. When we are in a car and dad's crazy driving skills slams on the breaks, we jolt forward right? *laughs*
Chloe: *laughs* Yeah
Ricky: Thats because our body's want to continue to move forward and keep going even though the car stopped. That's why we wear seat belts. It stops us from going so far forward we fall out of the car! *laughs* and thats called inertia.
Chloe: Woah! That's so cool!
Ricky: Yeah? *laughs* *I write "Barak Obama" in the blank space*
Chloe: Do you like school Ricky?
Ricky: I like school, i just don't like going to school. I would rather spend an entire day with you watching movies, helping you with homework, or even getting ice cream *laughs*
Chloe: I like getting ice cream too!
Ricky: How about after our movie and pizza, we go get ice cream tonight? We don't even have to tell dad. It'll be our little secret.
Chloe: Okay, I won't tell him. We gotta be like super secret spy's and then they'll never know.
Ricky: Super secret spy's *laughs*
Chloe: Ricky?
Ricky: yeah?
Chloe: You're my best friend *I hug you*
Ricky: You're my best friend too *hugs back*
Mike: *yells from downstairs* Chloe! Ricky! I'm heading out!
Chloe: *yells* Bye dad! *to Ricky* Can we get pizza now?
Ricky: Yeah lets order it *I take my phone out and call the pizza place*
Ricky: *In a Kermit the frog voice* Hi we would like to order one large pizza please
Chloe: Ricky! You're so silly!
Ricky: *I put my finger to my lips* shh
Chloe: *laughs*
Ricky: *after talking I hang up* so it will be here in 15 minutes
Chloe: Yay! Why did you use a silly voice?
Ricky: why not? *laughs*
Chloe: Silly boy silly boy *laughs* Hey Ricky
Ricky: yess
Chloe: You better come catch me! *I run away*
Ricky: Chloe! *I chase after you downstairs*
Chloe: You can't catch me!
Ricky: *laughs* Oh yes I can *I pretend to trip and fall onto the couch*
Chloe: Ricky! *I run over* Are you okay?
Ricky: *laughs* Uh yeah *I grab your hand* but guess what?
Chloe: What?
Ricky: I caught you
Chloe: Noooo! Not fair!
Ricky: *laughs* Wanna start the movie?
Chloe: Yeah let's start!
*we get to "For the 1st Time in Forever"*
Ricky: Alright Chloe... lets see your inner Anna!
Chloe: *sings* The window is open, so's that door
I didn't know they did that anymore
Who knew we owned eight thousand salad plates?
For years I've roamed these empty halls
Why have a ballroom with no balls?
Finally they're opening up the gates

Ricky: *stands up and claps* Watch out broadway! Chloe Bowen is coming your way!!
Chloe: Oh stop *laughs* Did I sound that good?
Ricky: your good at everything and I'm low key jealous
Chloe: Thanks Ricky. You're the best!
Ricky: *the doer bell rings* oh pizzas here!
Chloe: Oh you better go get it!
Ricky: *I go get the pizza and pay*
Ricky: *I put the pizza on the table in front of the couch* alright, what's next?
*we get to "Let it Go"*
Chloe: Ricky will you please sing this one with me?
Ricky: Fineeee *smiles*
Chloe: Yay!
Ricky: I get up and act it out as I sing* The snow glows white on the mountain tonight
Not a footprint to be seen

And it looks like I'm the queen
Chloe: *sings* The wind is howling like this swirling storm inside

Ricky: *laughs and gives you a high five* Elsa who?!
Chloe: You're like the best singer ever Ricky *laughs*
Ricky: there's no way I'm better then you *laughs*
*we get to "In Summer"*
Ricky: Alright, this is my favorite one!
Chloe: You can sing this one Ricky
Ricky: Oh boy *laughs*
*sings* Bees'll buzz, kids'll blow dandelion fuzz
And I'll be doing whatever snow does in summer
A drink in my hand, my snow up against the burning sand
Probably getting gorgeously tanned in summer
I'll finally see a summer breeze, blow away a winter storm
And find out what happens to solid water when it gets warm!
And I can't wait to see, what my buddies all think of me
Just imagine how much cooler I'll be in summer

*I get to the end of song*
Ricky: Oh the sky would be blue, and you guys will be there too
When I finally do what frozen things do in summer!

Chloe: *laughs* I don't know Ricky, you might be the best singer
Ricky: *laughs* I don't think so
Chloe: Can you sing me a song before bed tonight?
Ricky: sure Chloe *laughs*
*we finish the movie*
Ricky: Great movie choice Chloe! Ready to get some ice cream?!
Chloe: Yep! What kind do you think you'll get?
Ricky: Superman of course! What about you?
Chloe: Ooooh I wanna get cookies and cream
Ricky: So your driving right? *laughs*
Chloe: Ricky! I can't drive *laughs* But, I can beat you in Mario Kart
Ricky: mmm I don't know... I'm pretty good at that game *I get in the car* Wanna sit in the front with me?
Chole: I don't know.... the front is kinda scary...
Ricky: No! Come on!
Chloe: Fine, I'll sit by you.
Ricky: *smiles* alright your shotgun so your in charge of music *I hand you my phone*
Chloe: Ok I'll find a- Oh wait, you got a text from Red! Can I open it?
Ricky: yeah read it to me
Chloe: *I open it* It's actually a picture. Do you want to see it?
Ricky: Sure what is it?
Chloe: *I show you the phone*
