Sonic the Werehog x Abused Reader

Note:In this story you know that Sonic is a werehog and there is nothing graphic, due to individuals who do unfortunately go through such horrible traumas. I just want to be respectful to them, I hope you guys understand.
This is your bedroom but it's not as nice as this:

You sat in your bedroom, looking outside of your small window staring at the sunset. Once again your parents abused you again and you were at your limit, so you you picked up your phone and called your good friend Sonic.

"Hello"
"Hi Sonic, it's me"
"Oh hey (name), are you ok? They....they did it again, didn't they?"
"Yeah, they did"
"What did they do this time?"
"The usual Sonic, name calling, kicking, hitting all of that. Sonic?"
"Yeah?"
"Do....do you think you can come for me and let me stay ar your place, until I get a job and able to get one of my own?"
"I loved to (name), but it's a full moon tonight"
"Please Sonic"

Sonic then sighs.

"Alright, I'll come and get you"
"Oh thank you Sonic"
"It's no problem"
"Bye Sonic, see you in a few'
"See you (name)"

You started packing everything that you need and walked outside to wait for Sonic.

Your sad excuse of loving parents started to abuse you at the age of 5 and you didn't know why. You tried to tell people but they didn't believe you. The only people that ever loved you other than Sonic were your grandparents, but sadly they both died around the time when the abuse started to happen.

Sonic arrived, already in Werehog form. The both of you smiled at one another and you got on his back.

You reached his house in the woods and showed your new bedroom.

"I leave you to get some sleep now, (nickname)"
"Wait....can you stay with me, just for tonight?"
"Of course"

Sonic let you get dressed and the both of cuddled close together.

~Time skip to the morning~

You woke up and saw that Sonic wasn't there beside you anymore, so you got up and got dressed and went down stairs to the kitchen and saw Sonic there.

"Morning Sonic"
"Morning (name), how was your sleep"
"The best sleep I had in a long time"
"Great to hear"
"By the way Sonic, where is Tails?"
"Tails? Oh right,Tails got a chaos emerald signal and he's checking it out"
"Aaand you didn't go with him?"
"No, for some reason he insisted that he go by himself, after when I told him this morning that you're staying with us for awhile"
"Oh!"
"Yeah, but he did say he'll contact us if he needs help....say (nickname), I want to show you something is it ok if we go there now?"
"Of course, I'd love to"
"Alright let's go"

Sonic that picked to up and carried to in bridle style and on the way he siad to close your eyes as he wants it to be a surprise.

"Alright (name), open your eyes"

Just as you asked you opened them and were starstruck of the view in front of you.

Sonic let you down and you walked towards the view a bit more.

"Sonic it's beautiful, I have no words,thank you"
"You're welcome, anyway I wanted to do it. I wanted to do it because...."
"Because?"
"Because I wanted to see your smile again and not that fake one, your real one. All because I love you (name)"
"I love you too Sonic, but I thought you didn't have time for love. When we first met,you told me love will only slow you down"
"(Name), don't you see?...."

Sonic walked towards you and placed both hands on both of your cheeks.

"That was before I met you"

With that said Sonic gave you a sweet yet passionate kiss.
