JJ couldn't sleep. He went to Lio's house for the night, and restlessly laid in her bed.
"Fuck!" JJ screams, throwing his fists into the mattress below him.
The rest of the night was silent, except for the hushed sound of his sobs.

All Lio saw when she woke up, was pitch black nothingness. She tried to move her hands, but she couldn't. They were tied together. She tried to move her feet, but she couldn't. They were restrained to a chair.
"Look who's awake..." A big figure appeared as he powered on the lights. "Lioana Rae. You look just like your mother."
"Fuck off!" Lio yelled at the man. She didn't remember most of what happened. Her head was throbbing and there were bruises all over her body.
"Now, tell me... where's that pretty little compass?"
"I don't know," Lioana muttered. The man slapped her across the face.
"Tell me where it is, Lio." The man held his fist above her head, ready to strike her again.
"I said, I. Don't. Fucking. Know."
"Stop lying, you little bitch!" His fist collides with her jawbone again.
Lioana spat blood onto the ground in front of her. She looked up at the man, and it suddenly all came back. Lio's face turned white as snow, she began to feel light-headed and dizzy, but was snapped back to reality when he hit her again.
"Is this how you were taught to treat your own daughter?" Lio looks up at the man, a smile plastering across his face.
"You know, Lio, when I left... you never said goodbye."
"That's because you hurt me. You hurt us! You ran off after years of abusing me and mom, and you never came back!" Lio's eyes filled with tears, remembering the day he walked out on them. "You walked out on us, like- like we were nothing to you!"
"She was nothing to me. I found someone else to replace that bitch, you call your mother."
"And what about me? You didn't even try for a divorce, you just left!" Lio sobs, "You left me. You left Mom. You left us with nothing. No money, no family! Mom tried for years to get you to pay for child support, but your selfish ass wouldn't do it! So, she had to work her ass off just so she could keep custody of me!"
All he did was laugh at her. He felt zero remorse for his actions.
