"Percy" Annabeth whispered. "Somethings wrong-the heat-it's not right!"

"I know! It's too hot!" I whispered back. Every breath was almost as bad as drinking fire.

I stumbled and landed, my hand crushing a fiery flower. I gasped as three more pooped up around it, emitting a small heat. I looked around and saw a trail of crushed flowers multiplying behind us. I had an idea. I felt the familiar tug in my gut, and water doused all of the plants. They shriveled up and died. They did not multiply. I saw a faint glow of one in the distance but didn't pay it any mind.

I and Annabeth emerged to a clearing with a small pond. We cleaned up in the water and filled our bottles. Annabeth was going to do a strange water filter thing, but I cleaned it. I curled up and fell asleep.

Bad idea

—————————-

I heard Annabeth scream before I felt an arrow impale its self into my gut. I open my eyes and gasp. Annabeth is tied to a tree, a boy, Hank, holding a knife, looking at the tree, I see Annabeth dodged a few aimed at her head. She seemed to have just managed to get the gag off with her arms bound. Hank threw the knife just as Annabeth threw a knife that had impaled its self into the tree just above her hand. I burst up and shoved Hank before the knife left his hand. It hit Annabeth's ear.

I turned to Hank. I knew he was a demigod, but he was evil. I drew my pen and launched myself onto him.

"Wait!" He whispered, "I will let you go, but only if you become a couple." It was a strange request, so I knew I had to make him swear it.

"Swear it on the river Styx. Swear you will let us go and not kill us." I hissed.

"I swear on the river Styx upon your terms, now go Percabeth. Amaze us." He said softly. Then he ate a strange berry and passed out.

Darkness began to creep into my vision. I felt a tug in my gut, and I obliged. It felt like shadow traveling. I popped up in a very familiar spot, with Hank Fang. I was at the lake at camp half-blood.

Hazel rushed towards us, at her heal was Rachel and Chiron.

"You died?" Hazel asked them she saw Hank. "What is he doing here?"

"I didn't die! I just had an arrow in my gut! Not very deep!" I stated.

"Wait! No! Those berries were poisonous! I can't be alive!" Hank wailed. "And you can't be dead! Otherwise, there is no PERCABETH!!"

"Percabeth? What? Are you Aphrodite-airhead?" Rachel asked.

Wrong words Rachel, wrong words, because right then Hank got handsome-aside. Chiron announced Hank.

"All hail Hank Fang, son of Aphrodite!"

"Wait! What's happening! Who is Aphrodite!" Hank screamed as I lead him off for the tour of camp half-blood. Apparently, if one of us was touching a person from the future when they died, we brought them back to the present-er-past-er-whatever.
