I rang the bell. The door opened.

"(Y/n)? What are you doing here?", Hani asked confused. I never just came by without telling.

"Uhm, I just wanted to spent time with you. Are you free?", I said shyly.

"Yeah, sure, come in sweetie."

We went to her room and sat down on her bed. I wasn't here often, but I really liked her house. It was so comfortable and pretty.

"(Y/n), what's the matter, tell me."

She knew that something happened. Was it really that odd that Was I really that obvious? She was my best friend after all, she noticed when something was wrong.

But I think she also noticed how depressed I looked.
I sighed.

"I had a fight with Hyunjin."

"Honey, that guy wasn't good for you. You told me the exactly same thing, do you remember?" 

Yes, I told her exactly these words, she wasn't wrong. But also not a 100% right.

"Yeah, but that was as boyfriend. And as friend, he was really cool and nice."

"Everyone seems to be nice at the beginning, but that changes as soon as you get to know them better."

"But I'm also friends with you and with Esther and Chaeyoung, and you guys are still nice, even tho I got to know you better."

"Yeah, that's right. But maybe, you guys just aren't meant to be close. It's better like that."

Exactly what I also thought.
It must be true then, when Hani also thinks this.

"He just isn't for you, you two are too different. I mean, he is popular and you're just an ordinary girl."

I nodded slowly.

"And friendship between girls and boys are always pretty risky, when the two are that close, like you were."

"When we weren't meant to be friends, why does it hurt so much to not see him?", I asked silently.

I never talked about that deep things with Hani. I never opened up that much to her. I just never had anything to open up to her. Except for my last, but I didn't wanted to talk to anyone about that.

This was really the first time opening up to her.

But she was very understanding.

"That's normal, Hun. You two spent a lot of time together. And just not to see him now, it's just unusual. You're feelings must be very confused now, you don't really know what is happening. But I swear, it will get better."

"But I know that it will be very hard for me to see him everyday. He will remind me everyday."

"You will forget that too. It might be a little hard at the beginning, but it all will get better with the time."

"But I need to apologize, I hurted him, I-"

"Stop with the buts. Just try to forget him. And the sooner you start, the faster it will be. So you can already start now."

I nodded.

"Come here", she said and hugged me.

I really love her. She's a real friend.
I can trust her.

It was one week left until the school trip.

I was really excited, and I had something that made me forget Hyunjin a little bit, even tho he's always in my mind.

I just wasn't that happy anymore, he really made me happy.

But I spent more time with Hani and also with Chaeyoung.

She was a really nice girl.
And she didn't had other friends, so we two were often together.

She told me that she came from Deagu and she moved here one year ago. I never noticed her before, she is a pretty quiet girl and never found friends. The other students still see her as the 'new girl'.

I also told her about Hyunjin, because she noticed that we didn't hung out anymore.
I told her that we had a fight and we don't talk anymore.
