Billie's POV
I've been hurting all day but I'm pretty sure it's just normal. I had Claudia take my 40 week baby bump photo then I posted it to Instagram. 3 hours later y/n and I were just chilling on our bed after she got home from work. Her eyelids started to get heavy "awww my poor baby" she smiled and drifted off to sleep. Damn she's been working so hard for us since the fire. Claudia and Fin have been so helpful with the kids. I tried to fall asleep when all of the sudden I felt like I pissed myself. I tried to sneak away without y/n waking up but she woke up anyway. "Baby are you okay?" "I think I might be having the twins" "oh shit I'll go tell Claudia" "CLAUDIA" she came rushing up the stairs with Paxton on her hip. "Wha-" she saw y/n holding me up and my drenched green sweat pants. "Y/n, drive her to the hospital and we'll stay here with the kids" "good idea the kids aren't gonna wanna hear her screaming"

Y/n's POV
Today is actually the day I'm gonna meet my two baby girlies! (You call them girlies) when I got Billie into the car she started screaming in pain as a contraction hit. Before we drove off I turned to her and held her cheeks in my hands. "I know it hurts just breath we're gonna see our little ones soon" "mhmm" she whined in response.

Time skip

"Alright last push for baby A come on Billie" the doctor said. "HOLY SHIT HOW THE HELL DID YOU DO THIS TWICE?" "I had you to support me" she squeezed my hand tight and with one last push the first baby came out. "Aww look at her she's precious and tiny" Billie breathed heavily looking at the baby being taken away to be cleaned. "Okay Mrs. O'Connell I think baby B is ready" Billie grunted in exhaustion. "Take my hand Bil you got this" she started pushing and this baby came out faster this time. "One last big push" the baby came out and the nurse cleaned her off. She laid baby A on Billie's chest and baby B in my arms "hi my little angel welcome to the world" we looked at our babies in awe. "You did it" I leaned down to kiss Billie. "Do we have names ladies?" "Yes" "Baby A is named Luna Marie and Baby B is named Ivory Rose" "Alright Thank you they are both very gorgeous names"

24 hours later

Billie's POV
Yesterday was the most painful day of my life but I got 2 beauty's out of it. Y/n got them dressed so I could post a picture of them

billieeilish yesterday at 2:35 pm and 2:57 pm my two twin baby girls Ivory Rose and Luna Marie O'Connell were born. I can't wait to spoil them and watch them grow.

We finally get to go home. I packed all of our stuff and y/n got the babies settled into their carseats. "Okay I put the pink sun covers on since it's a hot sunny day" "good, Zoe already came by to pack up the car while you were downstairs in the cafeteria" "okay let's get out of here" the nurse wheeled me to the car and y/n carried the girls.

Y/n's POV
Billie plopped down into the back seat with the babies as I buckled them up. About 15 minutes into the car ride home, Billie fell asleep. We pulled into Claudia and Fin's driveway. I woke Billie up with a kiss on her forhead. "Wake up baby we're home" we left the bags in the car and just took the girls in. I took Luna and Billie took Ivory. We rang the door bell and Finneas opened it, Claudia and our other babies not far behind. "Hi guys welcome home!" Claudia said with a warm smile. "Hey!" "Mama and mommy!" "Hey babies we missed you" "we missed you too" we all stepped inside and sat on the couches. Finneas and Claudia on one and the rest of us on the other "who wants to hold them?" I asked. "ME" Claudia demanded. "Jeez okay here, you hold Ivory and Fin can hold Luna" Claudia carefully lifted Ivory out of her carseat. Finneas did the same with Luna. They baby talked to them and rocked them for around 5 minutes then it was time for Ev and Pax to hold them "okay you two be careful" "we will" I put Ivory into Ev's lap and Billie put Luna into Paxton's lap. Claudia snapped a quick picture of them before we took the babies upstairs so Billie could feed them. I held Luna and sang to her while Billie fed Ivory. "I had a dream I got everything I wanted. Not what you'd think and if I'm being honest it might have been a nightmare" I softly sang to our sleepy newborn. "Okay Ivory's done, I'll feed Luna" we switched Twins and I sang to Ivory

Billie's POV
It was hard not to fall asleep with one newborn on my chest and my wife singing to the other, but I managed. "Billie!" "What?" "Ivory opened her eyes she has your ocean eyes!" I looked down to see Luna had my ocean eyes too. "They have your lips and nose" y/n walked over and laid next to me on the bed. She looked up at me and kissed Luna's little hand "hey can I get one?" "Of course" she pecked my lips softly. We were finally complete
