Long distance sucks (A/n)

I just need to vent so if you read this whole thing, thank you. My girlfriend lives across the US and you might ne thinking "you will meet someday" but there's a problem. Her parents are homophobic and she hasn't come out yet. I love her so much and it hurts me to know how scared she is to come out. We're only teenagers so we don't exactly have that many privileges. I wish homophobia didn't exist and people would just accept us. My parents know about my sexuality and my girlfriend but say it's a sin because the bible says it is 🙄 I try to be strong for her but it's really hard not to be able to hold her in my arms. If you guys have any advice for us then please comment it would mean a lot
