Y/n POV
Billie and I waited for what seemed like forever for Delilah to wake up. She had a breathing tube in her and tons of machines connected to her. Her little eyes peeked up at Billie and she smiled. The doctor said as soon as she woke up that we could hold her. "Docter she's awake" The doctor got her set up and I let Billie hold her first. The doctor put Delilahs delicate body into Billies arms. "Hi Lilah" Billie brushed her fingers against Delilahs tiny belly. "She will have to stay here for a couple more days and then you can take her home" "okay thank you doctor" Billie looked into Lilahs little eyes that sparkled exactly like her own. A tear fell from Billies eye as Delilah struggled to breath a bit but we couldn't do anything about it since it was normal. Delilah cried and Billie shushed her by singing hey there Delilah to her. "Hey there Delilah what's in like in New York city" it was like magic Delilah stopped crying and smiled up at Billie. I kissed Billie and she put Delilah back on the tiny table. She played Hey there Delilah and it soothed the baby to sleep. Billie pulled me into her arms and rocked me back and forth to the song.

*4 days later*

Billie's POV
Today was the day we would take Delilah home after the seizure. "Got everything?" I asked y/n as I buckled Delilah into her carrier. "Yeah" I put my arm around y/n and we walked out of the Hospital. I decided to drive since y/n was so tired. I held her hand the whole way there. We decided to leave the bags in the car and just get Delilah in the house before anything else.

Your POV
"I'm going to take a shower bil" "okay I'll get her swaddled and cuddle her" "okay be careful" "I will" after all of the stress the hot water flowing down my back felt amazing I cried a little bit too I just needed to. I put on one of Billies shirts and some shorts. I saw the cutest thing ever when I walked out of the bathroom, Delilah resting on Billies chest and Billie singing to her. "Y/n!" "Shhh I was only in the shower for 30 minutes" "I know we really missed you though" Billie said looking down at Delilah. "Now come cuddle" I laid my head into the crook of Billies neck and she sang to the both of us. After the baby was asleep she stopped to see if I was asleep but I wasn't. "We are going to get through this together, she is a fighter and we will be with her every step of the way" "I love you mamas" "I love you more y/n"
