I'm so sorry this took like three more days than usual. But here it is.

I don't really have an excuse other than I feel a little bit burned out, but don't worry I feel also a little better.

Anyways, next chapter will be a backstory and kind of before the Trollhunters series even begun.  I am going to call this series:

'Mini-Story #1'.

Okay, enough about me. Let's continue with the chapter and yeah....

~Unlikely Events and Friendships~

Blinky and Maya had been recommending tactics on more efficient fighting styles to train Jim, Claire, and Toby.

As they escorted the Trolls through the sewers, they came upon Jim training with Strickler and Nomura.

Maya smiled at the sight of her boyfriend doing advanced techniques, but Blinky had a different reaction.

"Great Gorkus! What is the meaning of this insanity?" Blinky shouted as Maya saw Jim's eyes were glowing yellow with red.

"What is she doing here?" Blinky asked as he pointed at Nomura.

"And you, I should've know. Gunmar takes Trollmarket, and of course you slither out from under your rock." Blinky shouted as he pointed to Strickler next.

"They're here to train me, not lecture me." Jim's voice sounded aggressive. Maya smirked, but came back to the situation at hand.

"If I'm going to kill Gunmar... I need to fight like Gunmar." Jim began swinging Daylight in front of Blinky causing him to back up and Maya grabbed Daylight, preventing him from hurting anyone. He pulled Daylight and got into a fighting position.

Blinky picked up a container and sniffed it, before covering his nose.

"Yuck! You gave him Grave Sand. That's not meant for humans." Blinky said as he walked to Jim.

"Jim. The very reason the amulet choose you was your humanity. And following your human instincts hasn't failed you yet." Blinky said with a smile as Jim backed away from him and Maya walked to him.

"Hey, listen to Blinky. Because he knows more about this than I ever will." Maya said with a smile as his eyes went back to normal. He coughed and his armor came off.

"I'm sorry. I lost myself." Jim said as his voice went back to normal, he put his hand on his head.

"Jim is a good kid, but a good kid can't kill Gunmar." Strickler said as he held the Grave Sand.

"Brutality and deceit won't suffice either." Blinky retaliated to Strickler's comment.

"Sometimes deceit is the only option."

"Lies may work for you, but not me." Jim coughed more as Nomura chuckled lightly at his comment.

"You lie to your mother every day." Nomura smirked and Maya looked away.

"I protect her... to keep her out of this." Jim retaliated coughing once more mid-sentence.

"We have a greater concern. According to Aaarrrggghhh's reconnaissance, Gunmar has left Trollmarket." Blinky interrupted the argument.
