"I don't know what to tell you, Coraline... I literally can't cook. You can have pop tarts or cereal." I mumbled to Charlie, levering myself up into a sitting position.I'd been woken up by Charlie looking down at me as I lay on the sofa and demanding I cook her some breakfast because she was 'starving'. Loki was gone when I'd awoke and I figured he was showering as I could hear the running water from down here.
"You're the worst host ever." Charlie moaned indignantly as I tugged Loki's shirt down further over my thighs. I sent her a scathing glance and rubbed my head, feeling groggy but also feeling an immense weary satisfaction channelling through me which drew a slight smirk up the sides of my face.
"I'll come and put some coffee on." I muttered blankly, sliding my legs to the floor to stand, squeaking a little when I found my new extent of pains and aches through my legs and of course right between them. I wobbled dangerously on my feet, seeing Charlie smirking at me in my peripheral as I adjusted to the bowling ball sized ache that throbbed around my reproductive system.
Bastard
"So you guys really got it on last night huh?" Charlie queried as we walked into the kitchen. Well, she walked, I.. waddled? Limped? Tottered? Perhaps all the above. I shot her a dangerous look, my brows furrowing as I feigned cluelessness.
"What are you talking about?" I uttered off handedly, not prepared for this conversation as I still hadn't had any coffee yet.
"Sex, Ace. You guys had sex. How else do you want me to phrase it? Bumpin uglies? Fooling around? Boning? Putting a P in a V? The act of reproduction?"
"Stop listing off sex synonyms please. You're like twelve you shouldn't know this." I groaned, pouring the coffee grounds into the filter.
"Still sixteen." She corrected.
"How would you even know anyway?" I queried, cracking open a red bull as clearly the coffee was not going to be done soon enough. She snorted and gave me a raised eyebrow of indignation.
"Oh I don't know... could be the loud yelling and other noises I heard from the living room that didn't exactly sound like angry yelling-"
"You'd be surprised." I muttered.
"Or it could maybe be the fact that you literally reek of it?"
I pulled a hand to the t shirt I was wearing, tugging the material to my nose as I attempted to find this so called smell. I couldn't find it but apparently I was going to have to jump in the shower after Loki had finally returned from it.
"Or maybe the fact that I came down for a glass of water and saw you guys cuddled up on the sofa, fast asleep-"
"We weren't cuddling." I countered bluntly, spitting the word like it was poison in my mouth as I poured the fresh coffee into a cup. Charlie sent me a withering glance but I could see a vague flash of pity within her gaze.
"Yes, of course. Sorry I meant 'gently suffocating each other to death'" she corrected dryly. I clenched my jaw, Steeling my hardened stare as she glared at me. Then I rolled my eyes and returned to my beloved coffee.
"I mean... could also be the various bruises you seem to be covered in but...who knows?" She quipped sardonically, sending me a devilish grin as she hopped away from me, opening all the cupboards until she found the one with the cereal and pop tarts.
My eyes widened a little upon hearing her statement. I hobbled over to the grand, golden mirror in the hall, already seeing the parts of me not covered with the shirt, instead covered with purpley red discolourations. My neck was peppered with sizeable marks on each side and as I pulled the collar of the shirt further down, I found them lining my collar bones and clustering all over my chest and probably further down. The most interesting of all were the small, almond sized bruises dotted all over my ass and thighs, the marks from his eager hands gripping me.
